It seems that there are no Chinese reviews yet, so I will give a truthful review. I stayed in three hotels in Mauritius this time, Oberoi, Four Seasons, and JW Marriott. The prices were similar, but Oberoi was the most disappointing and the worst. The parent-child facilities were non-existent, the children's playground was dirty and messy, and the hotel closed at 4pm. There were no parent-child activities, and the rooms did not even provide children's bathrobes. Later, I moved to Four Seasons and JW Marriott, where the parent-child activities in the children's playground were from morning to night, which was really touching. If you take your children to Mauritius, you must avoid Oberoi.

The Oberoi Mauritius has been by far the best hotel that we have stayed, this comment is made based on traveling across the world and not limited to travels in Mauritius.
The staff paid careful attention to satisfying our every need and personal food requests that were happily accommodated by the hotel’s chef. Having fallen ill while traveling, the hotel doctor was readily available for a consult and prescribed medication within a timely manner.
The visit to the spa was relaxing and all rooms were well-maintained. The therapist was able to provide treatments on our individual needs.
The room was beautifully decorated with a private pool and garden, this meant that we were lucky enough to have our breakfast with a magnificent sea view🌊.
Overall a true five star ⭐️ hotel that delivers an exceptional experience to its guests.

We stayed here for just four days and could have easily done much longer if we had time. Such an amazing, serene resort. The experience started when their manager, Ms Natasha, greeted us on arrival with her assistant. They do this for all the guests, which is such a nice personal touch. We stayed in a garden room suite overlooking the sea (room 509). The terrace outside was in a secluded area overlooking the grass with the sea view behind. Plenty of sunlight and very relaxing. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help, from Mr. Antish in housekeeping who kept the room looking immaculate, to the people in the spa and breakfast area. The resort is situated in a great location on Turtle bay, near all the other high end resorts in the area. Oberoi takes it up to another level compared to the resorts next door though, with lush landscaping in traditional thatched style. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you Oberoi! 🙏

C’est un hôtel merveilleux où tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Le personnel est réellement aux petits soins et arrive à anticiper nos moindres désirs. Mention spéciale pour Antish & Dharrish qui nous ont fait un très belle surprise et dont le travail est parfait. Le calme est royal et les différents restaurants tous plus bons les uns que les autres.

For our second visit to Mauritius we wanted to try Oberoi, after staying at one of their other hotels and we had high expectations which were fully fulfilled. Beautiful spacious grounds, with wonderful rooms and amenities. The deputy manager Natasha is welcoming and friendly and she has a great team supporting her. Antish made our stay especially enjoyable, our daughter loved every towel created he made for her every evening! He made is feel so well looked after and we can't thank him enough. We chose Oberoi for the service rather than anything else and it paid off. They have a programme for guest including a painting class, henna, and cookery lesson which were great to enjoy in the day. The beach is small in sections separated by rocks which we loved exploring in search for shells. It is not private so you often see locals fishing. The boat house offered several glass bottom boat or snorkling trips per day all complimentary of the hotel - we we lucky enough to see a turtle and dolphins in the area and the coral reef is good. The staff there were also very nice, SIlvester took us out on a few trips and was very knowledgable and all the other guys were lovely too. There is a Kids club which we used a few times, my daughter liked the lady and she did not mind that she was the only child on a few occasions. We would love to stay there again. July is just ass good (we have been in December and its much hotter), we had some rain and little wind , mostly sunny around 24degrees and in the evening you needed a cardigan.The pool is heated so very pleasant to swim and the sea water was about 26degrees so was ok to snorkel too.
