Service was good, close to the beach. Downside is it really gets busy , making it a bit hectic for some of us who don’t like big crowds. But overall it’s a good hotel.

Radisson Poste Lafayette and the Island of Mauritius exceeded all our expectations. On arrival we were immediately assisted. As we stepped into the Reception area, a glimpse of this Paradise caught my eye. The Check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were given a quick tour of the Resort. Our stunning beachfront room, the views, the food and the entertainment were all absolutely amazing. What a fantastic breakfast and dinner spread every night. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient, special thanks to Shantanu who made us feel extra warm and welcome at all times. Our best ever holiday.

L'hôtel est parfait pour un séjour entre adultes et pour se ressourcer. J'avais le dos bloqué, avec un nerf coincé. Après un passage au spa et un massage d'Ourvashi, miracle 😊 plus rien dès le lendemain matin… merci à elle pour son professionnalisme… je recommande vivement…

Diane and Vidushi were so friendly everytime I approached them with questions or needed help. Great customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Stantanu was so kind when helping take my suitcase even when I moved rooms. I’ve just never met staff who genuinely look happy to help you!

We are currently staying in the hotel and have been here for 4 days. It is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful but a technical issue (with the QR code) means that we have no access to information about the hotel - meal times, daily activities offered both inside and outside the hotel, facilities available etc. The main Radisson hotel website doesn’t have this information either, so we don’t know what we’re missing. It’s great to have reduced the amount of paper print outs available but you also need a back up plan. We reported this several days ago but it has yet to be resolved (along with access to Apple TV casting in the room)

Excellent emplacement pour visiter le nord de l’île. Proche mer. Piscine très agréable et propre, à débordement. Chambre vue mer incroyable ! Literie excellente. Personnel charmant et à l’écoute. Nourriture excellente et variée. Hôtel à taille humaine et calme. À recommander !
