Amazing hotel - highly reccomanded

Lovely hotel and location sadly the weather wasn’t always playing nicely which was always a risk coming in their winter season which meant our dolphin snorkel h trip to Crystal Rock was cancelled on the morning! 🥺 - We were hugely disappointed but hey you can’t argue with Mother Nature! Cannot fault the staff who were always so attentive and accommodating. Kevin’s pool bar staff were great - a special mention to Saloman who kept us entertained on the most hideous day of weather with his cocktails. Reshma and her cleaning / room maintenance team were great. A big thank you to Michael from the activity centre for helping come and rescue my son and husband after a really nasty fall on the bike! Arvind, Nathaniel, Kemoul and the whole spa team to mention just a few of all the entire team at Telfair couldn’t do enough for us. Geremie ‘with a G and ie’ from C beach club - what a character 😁. Very kind and personable. Chateau Ombré - delicious food and dining experience surrounded by great views of the golf course and gardens. Thank you Allan for making us feel so welcome on our day first dining experience there. You also have the opportunity of dining in their sister hotels which are just along the beachfront. In summary - a really nice hotel experience.
