Le décor, le service du personnel… tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le responsable des relations clients, M. Rubesch, a été très accueillant. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise de recevoir un gâteau pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Même les bagagistes étaient très gentils et serviables.

Resort bellissimo. È però per famiglie con bambini. Tranne la zona Victoria for 2 che è riservata alle coppie. Da scegliere per essere coccolati da Personale (gentilissimo il Sig Rak) del ristorante con menù alla carta, il servizio è da 10 e lode. Da scegliere se si vuole pace e tranquillità senza bimbi che strillino. Da scegliere se si vuole scoprire l’anima delle Mauritius

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Victoria Beachcomber for 2. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war einfach alles perfekt. Wir hatten All Inclusive und das Essen war in allen Restaurants sehr gut. Die drei A la Carte Restaurants war hervorragend. Die Anlage des Hotels ist sehr gepflegt, die Pools sauber und auch der Strand ist sehr schön. Man hat im Meer relativ viele Korallen, deswegen sind Badeschuhe sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Swim-Up Zimmer im For 2. Das Zimmer war riesig, sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Ein super Hotel mit super Service 👍🏻 Vielen Dank an das gesamte Hotelteam, ihr macht einem den Urlaub perfekt 👍🏻

It is always a pleasure to stay at Victoria for many reasons. What really made it special was the incredible service and attention to detail from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Specifically to Deepak, Cristian, Darsen, and Akash – they really stood out with their friendliness, professionalism, and personal touch. They made us feel so well taken care of and added something extra to our experience. We also had amazing service from Kajal, Rak, Swaraj, Kishen, and Gregory – every meal and interaction was smooth, friendly, and enjoyable thanks to them. Our housekeeper Arvin went above and beyond everyday, making sure our space was neat and tidy, delivered fresh towels daily, found an earring for me and came back later in the day to check if i had the other one - such a sweet, kind caring individual. It’s not often you find such a consistent level of service and care across so many team members, we noticed and appreciated it all.
