Excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel (réceptionnistes, personnel d'entretien, lingerie) hotel récent donc propre et bien conçu. Chambre bien équipée aux normes des trois étoiles, piscine, salle de fitness, petit dejeuner avec des produits de qualité, je recommande cet hotel pour son excellent rapport prestations/prix (chambre standard). A revoir le sauna n'a pas de douche ... (?).

We booked online from England very easily and were checked in without a problem. The lady at reception spoke very good English, other staff did their best at understanding our limited French. A great location on the marina and a short walk to a fine beach. Very family friendly area. We breakfasted at the hotel but there are plenty of places to choose from in the area. We appreciated the quiet air conditioning in the room which was compact with the extra bed in it. The room had been nicely renovated in a modern design.

Le plus : un engagement pour une démarche éco responsable avec le tri de tous les déchets, des produits locaux au petit déjeuner, une fontaine à eau, pas d'emballages plastique ... Je recommande vivement car on peu voyager pour affaire et prendre soin de notre planète ! Eve

When he came to Mongolia and he was staying at his home, he offered free drop-off service. The two rooms were nice, the four people were a little crowded, and there was a swimming pool, but the trip was very tired and didn't feel like swimming.

Hotel??? Really?? A room very very very little without a really bath but a cabinet with inside wc and swower and transparent door for no privacy. Dotation of room was a hair dryer but they had only 1 for all the room (really one????) and I couldn't wash my hair. The mattress completely sunken really impossible sleep!! Oh really this is a hotel???? Come on is better if they close all!!!

We will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it. It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

We had a very good welcome, and everything went well over these three days in this hotel. The young girl at the hotel was very sympathetic and very welcome. I recommend this hotel.
