I stayed for two nights. The service as very good and the staff was very helpful. I was able to leave my bag while I was sightseeing. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Great location. About 15 minute walk from train station and Black Castle. Definitely would stay here again.

There is a mangaya in 2F with great soba noodle, they even have free bicycles rental for customers. A very good experience

This would be a decent business hotel were it not for the poor hygiene in the room: the carpet and the toilet smelled bad enough that we had to sleep with the window ajar. Staff were super friendly and helpful; location good enough, close to restaurants and even the castle.

I arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was very polite. It rained and my bag got wet, so they lent me a towel, which was very helpful! I think this is a very hospitable and attractive hotel! About the large public bath For women, a lock number is required for security. You will be given a paper with an explanation and number when you check in. It is open until midnight, and the floor of the bath is made of cypress-like wood and has a clean feel. The changing room is small but clean. The water is hot, but it was just right for a body chilled by the rain. There were plenty of amenities, including a water server for hydration, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and milk lotion. *Towels are not available in the large public bath. You will need to bring them from your room, so be careful about that. About breakfast Everything was delicious, and perhaps because it was homemade, the seasoning was just right, not too strong. There was a partition between the single seats, like at Ichiran Ramen, which was appreciated for traveling alone. The staff served the kenchinjiru and rice, so the portions were even and we were able to enjoy local cuisine and ingredients. The kenchinjiru, apple and agar jelly, ginger tsukudani, and shishamo were delicious! There are still many places I want to go to in Matsumoto, so I'd like to come here again next time ☺️

The front desk staff were polite. There was a large public bath, so I was able to relax. One issue was that we were two people, but on the second day only one bath towel was provided. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

It was a clean hotel. There was a restaurant on the first floor, and the breakfast was delicious and tasted like home cooking. It was a little far from the station, but the price was reasonable and it was good. Also, the best thing about it was that it had a large public bath.

Like the Yonaki Soba at Dormy Inn, the green tea soba seems to be a specialty. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it because the timing didn't work out, but the room where I ate the green tea soba had a nice library-like atmosphere and seemed relaxing. The bath was also nice. The breakfast was also delicious, with a lot of deli-style dishes that were different from other business hotel chains. However, the walls of the room were thin, and I could hear the alarm from another room and wake up.

I stayed there during the cold season, so the heating was on and it was rather hot. The breakfast was delicious and just as the reviews said.

The breakfast was delicious and the bathing area was great. The location was a little off, but the front desk had free bicycles for rent. There were Chinese waiters, so communication was easy.

There was a teahouse and a large public bath that could be used free of charge, so I had a comfortable stay.

The advantages are that it is quite close to the station and has an onsen, not far from the hotel there are many restaurants.
