Good hotel, renovated, comfortable, but I don’t give it 5 stars because when they gave me the check, i noticed that they charged me extra for the 2 towels I asked for everyday and they charged me extra for a blanket because according to the city rules they can only turn on the heater starting November 8th every year, and frankly it felt cold in the room at night. Ridiculous reasoning for a luxury hotel. This is not a boarding school, this is a luxury hotel. They only serve breakfast and they have a bar. We were in Room 54 with balcony, the best room in the hotel

Hotel atypique et vraiment magnifique. Les chambres spacieuses avec une très bonne literie et tv connecté. Personnel sympathique et un petit-déjeuner très bon. La salle du restaurant est fantastique avec une rivière qui passe à l'intérieur recouvert d'un verre.

Arquitetura muito bonita e funcional. Quarto, cama e roupas de cama confortáveis. Ótimo café da manhã. Atendentes muito gentis. Excelente localização, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos. Recomendamos, foi uma ótima estadia. Além de ficar em uma cidade extremamente interessante.

Hotel di bellezza autentica, oltre le aspettative. Ubicazione strategica nel Sasso Caveoso che permette di godere di stanze eccezionalmente luminose in un contesto che, per sua natura, presenta spazi privati molto bui. Ristrutturazione impeccabile e non scontata nel suo minimalismo, con materiali di cui si percepisce l’alta qualità. Servizio h24 e di buon livello. Personale di estrema gentilezza che rispetta la riservatezza ed è sempre a disposizione. Pulizia ottima. Relax assoluto. Un gioiello nel gioiello di Matera.

The hotel was recommended to us by friends. Unfortunately, in our travel plan, we planned for Matera 1 night. The whole of Matera and the hotel are unique. Friendly, helpful staff, from the parking lot in the center of the hotel. Everything was great. The rooms are super neat and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely come again

This is a very special hotel. The rooms are beautiful and unique, the staff is warm and friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring Matera. I would love to return. The experience of sleeping in a “luxury cave” is something I won’t soon forget!
