Posto strategico nel cuore dei sassi di Matera, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi lasciando la macchina nei parcheggi pubblici. Si sono rivelate una piacevole scoperta le camere spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Anche la colazione non è stata da meno, un mix perfetto di prodotti locali e no, dolce e salato hanno saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e il personale è stato da subito cortese, preparato e disponibile.

Luogo magico in una città viva che ha molto da raccontare...ospitalità eccellente... colazione super. Se torneremo a Matera sappiamo dove soggiornare! Sicuramente da consigliare a chi voglia visitare questa città unica e particolare.

Posizione ottima, personale cortese, stanza comoda e pulita sala da colazione molto accogliente e ben servita con buffet e prodotti di ottima qualità assolutamente soddisfatta della scelta. Consiglio caldamente non rimarrete delusi se la sceglierete.

Posto incantevole tra i sassi di Matera. Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza numero 1, ampia e accogliente con vista da togliere il fiato. Personale gentilissimo e cortese che ha accolto con entusiasmo ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali del posto. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche perché è stata cornice di un momento importante della nostra coppia.

What should have been a wonderful stay in a cool cave hotel ended with being locked inside of the bathroom because the old rickety key and lock broke. Now, things happen but it's how the staff handled it. After staff members tried several keys I was told they would call someone else. By this point I had been locked in there for half an hour. A manager showed up who was so rude and condescending that she should never be allowed in hospitality. We had a taxi waiting for us because we had a planned tour hours away. She stated that she would call someone else but wouldn't know if this would take 10 minutes or 60. Which is crazy considering it had been half an hour already. She stated that 30 minutes being locked in there is not even that long. So finding her demeanor totally unacceptable and not willing to wait another hour I tried climbing out the window where she repeatedly yelled at me not to because of liability. She also called me crazy in an incredibly rude way. I couldn't fit anyway so I am still stuck. Another staff member finally showed up with another key and popped the door open which he thought was pretty funny. I of course did not. This is where it gets even better. I got blamed for it. Apparently it was my fault that their door broke and locked me in the bathroom. We explained that because of this whole ordeal that we were now going to miss a very expensive tour that we booked. She did care at all and refused to do anything. She blamed and even swore at me. Horrible

Posto strategico in Sasso Barisano. Facile da raggiungere prendendo la "Linea Sassi". Accoglienza informale e confortevole. Ottima la cura della camera e abbondante la colazione sia Italiana che continentale. Ci tornerei sicuramente, magari in primavera.
