Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per spezzare il viaggio e fare una gita a Matera, un grazie alla titolare Carmela per la disponibilità, e buoni consigli dove poter mangiare piatti tipici. La struttura è accogliente e curata, la nostra stanza al piano superiore aveva tutti confort necessari. La posizione ottima, 100mt e sei in piazza davanti al belvedere dove fare foto fantastiche. Grazie ancora e personalmente la consiglio. Noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 ragazze.

La residence n est pas a la hauteur de l information, vieillot, moisissures dans la salle de bain, la fenêtre impossible de rester ouverte elle donne sur la rue,si j avais prevu de manger dans la chambre une misérable petite casserole. Je ne conseille pas l établissement.

Perfect inexpensive option in Matera. I’d describe it as upscale monastery. Good sized room, armoire, tons and tons of hot water and great water pressuré. Stall shower..good toiletries, very pleasant host..you can buy a ticket for breakfast at upscale Hotel Belvedere across the street..the terrace has breathtaking views of Matera.

Unpleasant welcome. Room not corresponding to the reservation which was for 4 beds separated into 2 rooms: we were given 2 double beds. Then a family room for 3 with 2 bunk beds on the mezzanine, dark, view of the wall, requiring a supplement. Fridge leak during the night, no one present in the morning (breakfast planned in another fortunately pleasant hotel) Subsequently the person argued about the request and accused of having put the fridge out of service. Everything had been paid in advance for 2 nights by our agency who found us another hotel with a supplement: the height of it is that it was able to take advantage of this paid reservation to re-let 2 rooms the 2nd night!

The place is convenient to the Sassi but there is no parking. Parking spaces can be found nearby. Breakfast is served in agreement with the Belvedere fronte B&B structure which has a splendid terrace with a breathtaking view of the Sassi. The shared spaces which at first glance seem very elegant at second glance show a lack of care and attention to detail with objects abandoned everywhere such as ironing boards, bags, chairs, duvets, or paintings that do not fit with the context (eg: prints reproductions of Egyptian papyrus). The room instead had: the broken kitchen fridge which was not replaced but a working one was added which occupies the worktop. The shower with a rusty door at the end and difficulty in opening from inside to outside. Overlooking the underground and an unkempt perimeter wall with plastic vases and dried and dead plants. Uncomfortable sofa bed and bedside tables and wardrobe made of cheap wood (modular style)

Posto bello con tutti i servizi, in zona strategica. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, sia per consigli sulla zona sia per lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il checkout.. Se tornerò a Matera tornerò sicuramente qui. Il luogo è silenzioso e adatto al riposo per la sera.

Struttura accogliente e pulita, comoda per la vicinanza al centro, possibilità di parcheggiare a pochi metri dalla struttura. Nonostante ciò non siamo rimasti del tutto soddisfatti a causa di alcuni disservizi come il malfunzionamento del wifi, mancanza di canali satellitari che invece vengono indicati nella descrizione su Booking. Inoltre la colazione non è servita in struttura e il prezzo non è adeguato a ciò che viene offerto in quanto la scelta dei prodotti è veramente scarsa.
