While the property itself is nice, it won’t knock your socks off. It’s immaculately kept and the thing that generates the 5* is the staff. Very helpful. Attentive. Professional. They try very hard and It makes the experience positive. It’s bit luxe by any stretch, but good people go a long way. Also, it’s not in Sassi (the old town - it’s - few mikes away). If you want to stay in caves - don’t stay here.

Location posto in periferia con parcheggio coperto o scoperto. Reception aperta 24 h. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. Colazione completa e servita in piacevole sale. staff super professionale e disponibile. Costo assolutamente giusto.

Hôtel excentré dans la ville moderne qui semble spécialisé dans les réceptions et mariages à la belle saison. Le jardin doit être plus joli en été mais est coincé entre un chantier et d’autres bâtiments (la description laisse entendre qu’on est dans un bâtiment du 18es au milieu de la verdure). Chambre confortable. Accueil agréable et conseils (bien qu’un peu militaire!). Pour déjeuner ou emporter le soir, une cantina de chef bonne et pas chère à 5’ à pied où on a été traités comme des rois! Matera est sinon spectaculaire, un des meilleurs endroits de notre périple. Prendre le pont tibétain avant le coucher du soleil pour voir la vue d’en face…

Kamer verouderd, wel netjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel tijdens het ontbijten. Maar… na 1 nacht maar uitgeboekt. Er worden feestjes georganiseerd in het hotel. Door het gehorigheid is dan niet te slapen. Tevens werkt de ventilatie niet naar behoren; in de nacht meer dan 35 dB(A) zonder omgevings geluid!! Is niet te slapen of moet je veel alcohol nuttigen…

Hotel poco fuori dal centro storico. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Camere molto pulite. Piscina molto bella e curata. Scelto da amici, si è rivelato un ottima scelta soprattutto per l’accoglienza al ns. barboncino Whisky. Super pet friendly!

Personale alla reception gentilissimo, soprattutto Marianna molto preparata e professionale. Grazie a lei abbiamo avuto piu consigli e suggerimenti (tutti ottimi) del centro informazioni ufficiale di Matera. Piscina bella con anche zone di ombra e molto piacevole al ritorno dalla visita ai sassi!camere molto pulite. Unica pecca distante a piedi dal centro e i mezzi pubblici non sono molto efficienti, ma utilizzando la macchina e’ possibile trovare tanti comodi parcheggi a pagamento attorno al centro storico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel 4 stelle che a noi sembra valerne un po’ meno. La nostra camera era spaziosa e accogliente, il bagno ristrutturato da poco. Piscina molto bella con un giardino adatto a cerimonie. La colazione potrebbe essere forse migliorata, con un servizio più gentile e più attenzione ai dettagli. Personale alla reception gentilissimo.
