以四星飯店來說房間設備不太夠，可以提供更多餐具跟放置物品的空間。因為在SASSI需要走路，早餐很棒。

Amazing hotel with cave like design, super clean room, the only drawback is we needed to carry the luggage up the hotel as it’s located slightly up the hill, the hotel staff was very helpful to have helped, it was worth the walk.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location overlooking the national park & not far from many amazing restaurants piazzas & the pure stunning Beauty of Matera. We shared a room with my Son who is 21, I was concerned that there wouldn’t be enough privacy but the Ollie 5 room provided an amazing an open mezzanine which my Son loved. Breakfast was delicious with a v good selection of fresh meats cheeses & delicious pastries & cakes. An added bonus for me was the lovely terrace directly outside our room with very comfortable seating We didn’t try the spa as although it looked lovely felt it was expensive the price should have included a massage at least. Staff friendly & accommodating

Hôtel situé non seulement dans le vieux Matera mais encore dans un bâtiment parfaitement remis en valeur avec une vue superbe depuis la chambre. Accueil parfait Pas de parking puisque qu’en zone piétonne. Il faut laisser la voiture dans un parking indiqué par l’hôtel ( on paye avec la note d’hôtel) On peut descendre à’ pied mais nous avons pris un taxi pour remonter avec les valises. Chambre superbe, Mobilier et salle de bain moderne. Seur le note négative: les toilettes de forme rectangulaire - qui a pu avoir une idée aussi anti anatomique ☹️ Petit déjeuner riche et parfait Personnel très à l’écoute A noter: 39 marches pour monter à la chambre!

Hotel is extremely welcoming, thank you Semir and Mario. The room was very spacious with a lovely en-suite and large terrace to look at the stunning view from. Location was excellent. Delicious breakfasts and a really exclusive Sauna experience. Which made our visit to Matera unique. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation -Steno- Superb. Matera is a truly wonderful place to visit.

What can I say about this hotel? It is like a fairytale. Our room was huge, the bed was so comfortable. Mario could not have been more helpful. We booked the spa & it was amazing. Its a once in a lifetime experience. Matera is stunning a must see for all.

Ci siamo recati in questo splendido hotel, situato nella “Civita” dei sassi materani , in un week end di luglio . Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla gentile Elisabetta per il check in e dato il caldo afoso ci ha accompagnati in camera dopo averci offerto delle bottiglie d’acqua . Nel primo pomeriggio ci hanno accompagnato nella spa adiacente alla struttura dove ci attendevano due massaggiatrici che ci hanno accompagnato nella parte iniziale del percorso benessere in linea con le nostre aspettative . Al termine del percorso benessere abbiamo chiesto sempre alla receptionist di consigliarci un ristorante dove trascorrere la serata e mangiare qualcosa : detto fatto prenotazione effettuata , ristorante molto buono con prodotti tipici del posto . Per concludere il giorno dopo , dopo la colazione , grazie al servizio transfer siamo potuti tornare in comodità al parcheggio convenzionato per rincasare verso Bari. Consiglio a tutti di passare un week end di relax ai sassi materani in questo splendido hotel caratterizzato da panorami unici e stanze all’altezza del nome dell’hotel .

We were in this hotel at the beginning of June 24. Everything was absolutely perfect ! First of all, the kindness and commitment of Betty and Ivana on phone who gave us all the necessary informations to facilitate our arrival in Matéra and the journey to the hotel ! Then the warm welcome from Ivana upon our arrival ! The Help from Samir, so kind and available, with our luggage ! And which gives us information about the city. The hotel, ideally located in a quiet area, with a magnificent view on the Paleolithic caves, and which is entirely built in the rocks !! And the rooms, under the vaults, so chic, of exquisite taste, comfortable, where you immediately feels so good ! Finally, the breakfast, copious and varied, which offers fresh and delicious products ! It was an exceptional stay in an exceptional establishment ! We loved it and can’t wait… to come back soon !!
