Good service for picking up guests from car park.
Breakfast was included, pretty ok selection.
Room is large but toliet wall was very bad maintain and dirty. Selfs and table.has ants. The overall was fine but need some improvement on the bathroom wall. Same cost of bookings, some rooms are big, some are small.

siamo stati in questo albergo nel 2024. Davvero suggestivo e nel pieno dei Sassi di Matera camera spaziosa e suggestiva. colazione varia e davanti un panorama splendido ci sono venuti a prendere al parcheggio. organizzazione famialiare e molto cortese!

Matera was een van de bestemmingen die in ons hart zat. We zijn er nu en idd. het was de moeite warde! De keuze van dit hotel is de kers op de taart geweest!!! De kamers zijn proper, en heel ruim. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en lekker!!

Amazing staff and great hotel. Perfect location and if we ever come back to Matera, we'll be staying again. A perfect hotel in a perfect city. We arrived to a warm greeting and loved out large room. They helped us plan out 2 days and did not object to holding out bags when we arrived early and checked out on the last day. Just great all round.

Our experience is 5 out of 5. Stay was very nice and different, then in any other hotel, in cave. Staff was very accommodated and helped us with any questions or concerns we’ve had. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, colleagues or family.
