Very nice apartment within walking distance of the sassi and old centre. The stairs to the loft are tricky for older folks. The second bathroom in the lobby is convenient for larger families.Good breakfast. Very helpful owner who gave us all sorts of advice.

Everything perfect as described! Environment with all comforts, weekend spent with my wife and my 10 month old baby. Structure located right on the border with the ZTL area and therefore reachable by car up to the entrance door. The structure is 5 minutes from a central square where you can already admire fantastic views of the beautiful Matera. Restaurants for all tastes within walking distance. Finally, a special thank you to Mr. Gennaro who couldn't have been more kind and helpful! Thank you very much!! I absolutely recommend this structure, with my eyes closed! We will be back!! P.s.: the only advice I give you is to go there with mild temperatures and good weather, especially if you have small children, because you mainly get around on foot!

The residence is located a stone's throw from the center, easily reachable on foot. Comfortable room, very clean, comfortable bed. Basic but good breakfast. Little availability of public parking around, it is useful to also book a reserved parking space.
