Esperienza super positiva, la vera gemma è il signor Nicola, preciso puntuale e serio. All'accoglienza ci ha spiegato e mostrato tutti i posti che avremmo potuto visitare durante la giornata (in modo molto accurato), inoltre ci ha consigliato posti dove mangiare e infine ci ha deliziato al mattino con un ottima colazione che prevedeva sia il dolce che il salato, il tutto accompagnato da prodotti tipici del posto. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e calda. Era dotata di tv, condizionatore una doccia spaziosa e anche il kit di cortesia. Davvero super consigliato.

Ottima struttura per visitare i Sassi di Matera, si trova veramente a due passi dai Sassi, in una via tranquilla dove si può anche trovare parcheggio gratuito per la macchina. Il titolare è persona davvero squisita, ci ha consigliati per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare e noi ne abbiamo ovviamente approfittato. La camera ed il bagno sono grandi, puliti e funzionali, abbondante la colazione. Considerando anche il prezzo assolutamente vantaggioso, consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Camere ampie e pulite, cordialità del proprietario e colazione abbastanza buona. Ambienti un po' rumorosi fanno in modo che si sentano gli avventori maleducati che parlano come se fossero soli in caso decidano di disquisire ad orari solitamente non consoni. Con poca fortuna si ha la possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuitamente nella via ed è un lusso considerata la vicinanza al centro storico della struttura.

La camera è nuova, da poco ristrutturata, caldissima e pulitissima. Lo consiglio veramente perché è in un ottima posizione e il signor Nicola ci ha dato degli spunti ottimi per girare Matera. La colazione è variegata tra focacce, cornetti e mille succhi di frutta. Veramente consigliato

BB recommended by friends, experience, perfect. Mr. Nicola, owner, very kind person, also gave us excellent advice on the tourist itinerary to follow and on some places to eat. The BB for 5 people was very comfortable, new, completely renovated and very characteristic, a stone's throw from the Sassi area. Nicola and his wife are truly very kind people. Highly recommended!

The host Nicola was quick to provide us with all the information we needed to arrive and park and was attentive to our needs at all times. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was served on site and was very complete. Walking distance to the sassi and historic centre. Good restaurants nearby and free parking available. Daily cleaning and very good heating.
