Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in bubble room con vasca. Tutto bellissimo. Camera pulita e curata nei dettagli. Idromassaggio esterno privato. Confortevole. Per cena abbiamo preso un cestino con salumi, formaggi e vino: ottima la qualità. Più che soddisfacente anche la colazione, servita in camera con un supplemento di 15 euro. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda. La vasca non abbiamo potuto usarla, pur avendo pagato il servizio, e la doccia è stata veloce e fredda. La reception alle 23 non era più operativa e quindi, pur avenfola contattata, non abbiamo potuto risolvere il problema. La mattina, hanno cercato di risolvere il problema, ma oramai la nostra esperienza nella bubble room era giunta al termine. Al check out ci è stato applicato uno sconto di 15 euro per il disservizio. Purtroppo, nonostante tutto fosse meraviglioso, la nostra esperienza non è stata il max. Se si paga una camera 260 euro per una sola notte, più 50 euro per un cestino pic nic, non si possono avere disservizi.

A beautiful and unique experience for those who love nature and dream of falling asleep under the stars!!! Even though the weather wasn't the best, late in the evening the clouds disappeared and the full moon reigned all night! I woke up practically every hour to admire its path... And obviously the sunny awakening! I think the "almost" spring as a season is excellent!!! Very kind and welcoming staff. Too bad the telescope was being serviced...

What a beautiful place! Hotel in an old farmhouse renovated to perfection. The idea of the bubbles is beautiful but this time I was alone and for a business trip I preferred to sleep in the central block, very warm and classy rooms. I will not want to miss the experience of the bubbles next summer with the family. The breakfast offer could be improved, especially the savory one. A note to the chef who even though I arrived late prepared two exquisite dishes for dinner.

My boyfriend and I spent one night in the Bubble room and it was a wonderful experience. The structure is wonderful, the dinner was exquisite. The first courses and the Podolica meat were excellent. I recommend the Bubble room with the internal and external tub. For those who love being in contact with nature, it is an experience to do at least once in a lifetime. Compliments to all the staff for their kindness and availability.

We stayed in the Bubble Room and it was a wonderful experience! First of all, the professionalism of the entire staff, who with their kindness demonstrated an impeccable service. The Bubble is equipped with everything, it guarantees complete privacy, silence, relaxation for a stay that is nothing short of unforgettable. The Jacuzzi next to the Bubble is also beautiful, which completes a breathtaking view and scenery from the outside. Breakfast served in the room and brought in a basket (like a picnic) is an original and pleasant idea, as is the possibility of being able to choose dinner/lunch in the same way. The room is equipped with everything you need and is clean. We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our anniversary.

Well-kept estate surrounded by wheat fields. Completely surrounded by greenery. Suitable for an escape from the daily chaos. The structure is historic but renovated. The warm room, with excellent spaces and a view of the expanse, comfortable bathroom, clean but without soundproofing, so you have to be lucky to find polite neighbors who respect the night's rest of other people. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh products of the day and also good restaurant service that we appreciated during our stay with à la carte menu. Finally, the staff is always available for everything. Our dog also enjoyed the holiday. A twenty minute drive takes you to the beautiful Matera. We will definitely return as soon as possible.

The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting.
The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent.
The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on a local farm, no people skills whatsoever. Starters & main course was very good. I sent the salad back. You have a choice of green salad or mixed salad m, which was green leaves a carrots??
After that everyone disappeared leaving us and another table wondering if they were coming back to offer dessert & coffee. No one came back, no staff anywhere, so we all got up and eventually left.
To top it off some of the complimentary lotions etc were half full and perused.
Beautiful place, but either the staff need training or recruit some people that understand customer service. Unfortunately it ruined our stay. Couldn’t wait to move on.

Beautiful and quiet
Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. My guess is they were filling in for the regular person. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
