The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting.
The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent.
The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on a local farm, no people skills whatsoever. Starters & main course was very good. I sent the salad back. You have a choice of green salad or mixed salad m, which was green leaves a carrots??
After that everyone disappeared leaving us and another table wondering if they were coming back to offer dessert & coffee. No one came back, no staff anywhere, so we all got up and eventually left.
To top it off some of the complimentary lotions etc were half full and perused.
Beautiful place, but either the staff need training or recruit some people that understand customer service. Unfortunately it ruined our stay. Couldn’t wait to move on.

Beautiful and quiet
Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. My guess is they were filling in for the regular person. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This place is heaven! The silence in the morning is breathtaking! The views are stunning! it’s perfection. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the room with spacious, the place is spotless, the food was unbelievable, and the staff are warm and wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Werden netjes ontvangen en diner was goed met normaal geprijsde dranken. Ook drankjes in de minibar waren normaal van prijs. Werden vooraf per mail gewaarschuwd over feest, maar hier total geen last van gehad. Kamer ruim en schoon met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Il posto è molto bello, anche se non abbiamo sfruttato l’ambiente esterno dove c’è la piscina , ma la corte esterna che c’è sul retro , per l’aperitivo con stuzzicheria varia , unica parte positiva della serata , dal punto di vista culinario , per il resto , la cena , consumata nei locali all’interno , mi ha deluso , a cominciare dall antipasto ( il baccalà sembrava una poltiglia ), passando per i paccheri con gamberi e vongole ( sciapiti ), e anche il secondo dolce e frutta , nulla di che! Servizio discreto , prezzo alto, se rapportato a quello che abbiamo mangiato ( soprattutto dal punto di vista della qualità ) Ho dato tre stelle per via della location e del buffet antipasti , che hanno “aggiustato” la serata

Il faut savoir que la priorité de l'hôtel n'est pas l'hôtel en soi...ils réalisent des privatisations régulièrement...d ailleurs durant notre séjour, il y en a eu 2 mais sans retentissement sur notre séjour (les fêtes démarrent en soirée et ne s'éternisent pas...plus de bruit après 22h30 et dans les chambres...bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur). Le sachant...vous ne serez pas déçu. Maintenant tout dépend des voyageurs avec lesquels vous tombez...soit ils sont civilisés et ne claquent pas les portes...ne laissent pas leurs gosses gueuler comme des possédés...mais ça...c'est au cas par cas. La réelle note méritée est un 4,5/5. Chambre très bien, bel espace, climatisation qui fonctionne bien. Chambres avec pierres du pays...donne du cachet. Literie correcte. Linge pour la piscine fourni ainsi que des bonnets 🤣 Petit-déjeuner : tout à fait correct. Salé et sucré en suffisance dans un espace climatisé intérieur. Piscine superbe, champs environnants...service à la piscine avec cocktails à prix accessibles (aperol 5€), sandwichs possibles à midi (excellents et copieux pour 6,5€). Restaurant de l hôtel non testé. Matera à 10min en voiture, superbe ville à visiter le soir (chaleur+++). Bref, 2 nuitées et très bonne impression.

Location da favola, stanze spaziose e luminose con veranda panoramica sulle immense distese di verde, un luogo tranquillo, silenzioso e incontaminato. Colazione abbondante e gustosa sia dolce che salata, ottimo e di qualità anche il servizio ristorante. Personale qualifiicato e molto gentile, un grazie particolare alla simpaticissima sig.
