Soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento è stata un'esperienza unica! L'alloggio è molto grande, pulitissimo, caratteristico, con una vista incredibile sul parco della Murgia e la posizione è perfetta per muoversi nel centro storico della città! Vincenzo, il proprietario, è una persona molto attenta e sempre disponibile, pronta ad aiutarci e a consigliarci già settimane prima del nostro arrivo e durante il nostro soggiorno. Trovare un host così gentile e premuroso è una rarità! Ci ha anche consigliato un'eccellente visita guidata (con Giulio), che ci ha veramente incantato e divertito! Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e ringrazio Vincenzo!

Le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli con soluzione bicamera, la terrazza e la vista sono eccezionali. l’appartamento è nel centro di matera e dunque molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi. davvero un soggiorno perfetto e il titolare è stato molto disponibile

Bellissima esperienza. La struttura é incantevole. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose, pulite e ben arredate. Molteplici sono i suoi punti di forza: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione, storicità dell’edificio e soprattutto la cortesia e la cordialità del proprietario Enzo.

Struttura in posizione strategica! Al centro del Sasso Caveoso! Ambiente bello pulito e accogliente. Ma Enzo che persona è?? Praticamente l’empatia fatta persona. Si è interessato in tutto dal giorno prima fino alla fine. Consigli, passaggi in auto, accoglienza … Se volete scoprire il posto ed Enzo non esitate a prenotare !! 10+

Tutto ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, l'accoglienza soprattutto, infatti il giorno era piovoso e Enzo ci ha fatto trovare la camera già riscaldata. La stanza era proprio nei sassi e super caratteristica. Pulita e con tutti i comfort.

enzo il top,se non ci fosse stato lui Matera non l'avremmo potuta vedere così nel dettaglio grazie ai suoi preziosissimi consigli.camera tripla molto bella e ben curata,pulitissima.peccato che non fa la colazione perchè sarebbe proprio la ciliegina sulla torta,come un tavolino nella piazza antistante la camera per godere del meraviglioso panorama.ma comunque 10 e lode.grazie di tutto!!

Bed& breakfast in una posizione fantastica. Il proprietario Enzo è molto disponibile e le camere sono grandi e molto pulite, così come anche i bagni. Parcheggio non a pagamento consigliato da Enzo. Lo consiglio se visitate Matera.
