If you are choosing a place to enjoy your holidays, getting away from crowd and enjoy peaceful moments, it’s definitely a right place for you. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Food in hotel restaurant is excellent, they offer different menu for lunch and dinner. Verify options for breakfast buffet, you will never feel bored for their food. Hotel offers yoga class on the morning daily except Sunday. Family or solo can also start with a “ Good morning “. There is a swimming pool, small gym room, different ball games for visitors to chill. Hotel is also connected with different Partners, no need to worry about the day trip prior arrival. They can plan everything for you including stone town visit, prison island , snorkelling. We just enjoy our time during our stay.

We had an incredible stay at the Zanzibar Queen Hotel after 8 days of Safari. The structure is simple but yet gorgeous, there is a beautiful stretch of beach perfect for walks and the Team is phenomenal also thanks to the 2 incredible managers! The food is delicious, very well seasoned and if you have any requests to adapt a dish they don’t hesitate. As we were in our honeymoon, they gave us an upgrade for the last 2 nights and we had the chance to stay in the private villa directly on the beach. This last touch was totally unexpected and very appreciated!

Perfekt hotel at Zanzibar The hotels atmosphere is very cozy - the roof gives a unique look. The room is cleaned in the morning and bed + mosquito net + bathroom is made every night. The hotel tries it best to save the amount of used plastic bottles - there is refill stations placed around the hotel - we like this gesture. All staff members are very polite and smiling. The managers are very visible and follow up with guest on a frequent basis - we found that nice. We arrived March 16 to an amazing barbecue and entertainment. Few days after was a buffet with local food. Several nights entertainment. The other evenings the menues changed - we could every day choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 2 desserts. We stayed here for 11 days and the food was amazing - the best we had for 11 days in a row. The breakfast buffet is very big and very well sorted plus omelets etc were made in the breakfast area. We had half board on our stay and as it was very sunny we had very little interest in a big lunch - so we only had very little for lunch. Furthere more we do not drink so much alcohol so we did not upgrade to all-inclusive (50$ per day per person). The hotel offers different sightseeing tours however several of them is a lot cheaper if you book in the "boat" house on the beach. The beach also has sunbeds but we used the ones around the pool as shades possibilities were better here. The ocean was very hot and eventhough there off cause was seaweed in the ocean we enjoyed it. We very much recommend this hotel and if we ever return to Zanzibar we will be back.
