We booked the stay at the ‚Luxury Villa‘ for altogether three months. Our idea was to have the house for us, to be just on our own (we like the area in general). We had to move out after one month. The house has two wings , the owner lives in the 2nd with his family.Upon arrival we were told by the brother of the owner to present ID cards of our potential visitors , apparently an official requirement from the police. We double checked with the local police officer and he denied this. The owner always was very unfriendly. We felt being watched. The rooms aren’t spacious, far away from luxury. The roof is leaking, and when it is raining you hear the rain drops falling on the ceiling. There is everywhere a terrible mold smell in the rooms. The kitchen is basic. The dining table in the entry area is surrounded by walls, so the air stands still, no breeze at all.It gets very hot inside and impossible to sit there in the evening. The only positive thing I can say is about the garden. Unfortunately, no sunbeds or seats are provided,so it is impossible to enjoy it.The owner works every day in the garden and starts to make noise with garden machines around 8 AM.The place has a picturesque touch, but our expectations were not satisfied.
