Very beatiful house! And very good service! All the environement was really very beautiful Superb beaches nearby! The food was very good ! We felt like home! We rent a motorbike so we had a lot of freedom to go to many places! The tallala beach was impressive,

My recent booking at Handun Villas resulted in a wasted trip due to a lack of communication. Despite having a confirmed reservation for 16th August , I found out that the property closed for renovations while on my way to the property. There were no notifications about the closure beforehand, and calls to the provided number went unanswered. Property confirmed the closure upon contacting them through Instagram. While renovations are understandable, the complete lack of communication regarding the closure is concerning. As a guest, I should have been informed well in advance, especially considering the travel time involved. Be aware of potential booking issues and confirm the property's status before your visit.

В августе 2023 года задумались куда полететь отметить Новый 2024 год. Турагент наша предложила рассмотреть виллы на Шри-Ланке. Выбрали Handun Villas с 27.12.2023-07.01.2024. Этот отель включает в себя всего 5 вилл, огромную территорию в джунглях и свой малолюдный пляж. Расположен на 1-2 линия, но сам отель на 2 линии. Мое мнение что это место для тех гостей кто хочет минимум общения и больше единения с природой. У нас было 2 номера - виллы, у нас с мужем самая крутая Номер 1 не только с тропическим душем, но и ванной и 2 выходами на террасу с видом на джунгли. У детей, их поехали трое 12.16 и 17 лет, Номер 4 попроще, без террасы и ванной, только тропический душ. Очень интересный въезд в отель: откатные ворота и длинная аллея из пальм. Маленький ресепшен, в ресторане 5 столиков, 4 на улице перед бассейном. Бассейн реально расположен в джунглях, слева и прямо нет забора и весёлые обитатели джунглей нас радовали каждый день. Один раз утром змея под лежак залезла, обезьянья стая через бассейн неслась, павлины вообще постоянные обитатели отеля, вараны день через день бегали большие, белок много, птицы разные. После 18.00 звуки джунглей радовали, пугали и удивляли. Бассейн классный, за ним очень ухаживали, есть отсек для детей, можно было купаться хоть ночью, мы пытались ночью искупаться, но шорохи и звуки с джунглей в будущем отбили у нас эта охоту. Лежаков 5, матрасы выносили и заносили каждый день, на них стелили полосатые полотенца. Ещё на территории есть качель и 6 гамаков. Комары очень кусачие и если в номере мы ставили 2 фумигатора, то вечером на террасе и днём на гамаках нас кусали нещадно. В ресторане если не включать вентиляторы-море мух. Еще на территории несколько безобидных собак, и как мы заметили, что кошек нет ни одной на всей Шри-Ланке. Собачка, похожая на таксу, Сути, спала у нашего номера на коврике, мы с ней подружились. Про номер: наш с супругом Номер 1 очень интересно был расположен: слева спальня с кроватью с балдахином и 1 выход на террасу, прямо маленькая гостиная с телевизором и диваном, 2 выход на террасу и ванная комната с тропическим душем и ванной. Самое интересное, что два имеющихся на вилле окна были закрыты у изголовья кровати, и если хоть одна дверь на террасу не открыта, ощущение как в бункере. Каждый день вешали табличку про уборку. Убирали нормально: меняли полотенца, 2 бутыли воды ставили, чай, кофе, сахар, меняли полотенца. В номере был шампунь, гель для душа, мыло маленькое и лосьон для тела в многоразовых ёмкостях. Кондиционер для волос мы купили местный. 02.01-04.01 в отеле мы были вообще одни, вечером весь персонал уходил домой и у нас было полное единение с природой. Только охранник был на въезде. Стремно. Ещё хочу отметить что весь персонал, человек 10 максимально, нам создавал комфортное пребывание в отеле и маленькие огрехи полностью покрывали их вежливость, приветливость и сияющие улыбки. У нас были взяты завтраки и ужины, 2-3 человека ухаживали за нашей семьей, могли специально для нас продлить часы

A homely place with excellent care of its guests. Thank you Ajith for taking care of us. Meal time was a treat with excellent wholesome food. Rooms are cosy, linen crisp. Large open to the sky toilets. Beautiful private beach, large pet friendly garden.

A very large beautiful area with peacocks. One star for the interior of the room, the second for the wonderful cleaning ladies - beautiful smiling girls who decorated our room with flowers every day after cleaning. Wi-Fi was connected to us only on the third day of our stay, although all the days we approached everyone and asked them to do something about the lack of connection. The water in the room is not bottled, but in ordinary glass bottles, which are replenished every day from nowhere. The biggest pain is breakfast. When we were served the same thing three days in a row, we were somewhat taken aback; this is the first time we have had something like this in Asia. The most unpleasant thing is that on the third day we approached the manager and asked to solve something, otherwise in ten days we would crow from eggs. Especially my child and I, how can you care so much about people? What kind of customer focus is there when the hotel is at 10% occupancy? In general, nothing was decided. They apologized when I approached again and wondered why this was so. When a hotel positions itself as 4* (and the Anex is generally 5*), then these points are important in any case.

The people working here are some of the kindest I’ve met in all my travels and I’ve been to many places already. The food is amazing and the room we had was like a dream, they have outdoor bathrooms🥳 It’s also just across the street from the beach which is very beautiful.

Our time at Handun Villas was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of hospitality. The rooms were spacious and perfect for unwinding, and the property itself was like a beautiful oasis surrounded by nature. The food was absolutely excellent, with every meal bursting with flavors. But it wasn't just the food that stood out; the staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel truly special. Handun Villas is more than just a place to stay; it's a calming sanctuary. Among the peaceful nature we left behind our worries and the gentle sounds of leaves rustling and birds singing created a sense of serenity that's hard to find in our busy lives. A big thank you to the Handun Villas team for giving us this unforgettable experience. Our weekend was all about happiness, relaxation, and the simple joy of being in harmony with nature.
