La ubicación, instalaciones y limpieza… de 10, pero sin duda, lo mejor es su gente. Vistas increíbles desde todas las habitaciones, pero lo mejor es su restaurante, muy bien de precio, en la azotea. Prácticamente tiene playa privada y realmente la sientes tuya.

Located a short walk from the main road on beachfront. The staff are friendly and helpful. My delux room which I had booked 5mths in advance was on the 1st floor up looking straight out over the beach. Spacious, clean and everything worked fine. The bed had clean linens and I enjoyed nights of comfortable sleep to the sounds of the ocean. The bathroom was also modern looking with hot water shower and good pressure. Breakfast was on the top floor (fourth) with great views over the coastline. Breakfast was fulfilling just too much for me. They also have a kiosk on the beach catering for the sunbed users. Overall, an excellent beachfront experience.

Highly recommended stay in SK Town (located right in Matara on the south shore of Sri Lanka). You will be so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the team. The food is incredible, and they are so helpful with any questions or requests that you have. Shamii deserves some special attention! He will make sure everything about your stay is perfection. In addition to a super comfortable room and hot showers, you get access to an amazing restaurant upstairs will an incredible view overlooking the beach. They are available all day and have a great menu to choose from. If you are a surfer, you will love this beach and enjoy the view so you can scope out the waves before jumping in. 10 out of 10!

こんな細い道の中にホテルがあるのかと思うけど大きいホテルがある崖のようなところに立っている。 目の前は海。 波の音がすごい大きく聞こえる。 ホテルのスタッフは若いスリランカ人とっても紳士的。 レストランのエビ美味しかった🦐 厚みあるバスタオル、冷蔵庫あり、エアコンあり。 タクシー呼んでくれる。 ビーチにはチャラ男や薬中がいるので注意してください。

I stayed in a hotel for a week with my bf. We loved living there! The hotel has its own unique chill vibe, perfect if you wanna relax and clear your head. It’s very close to the sea and the beach is nearly empty, which is very convenient. The view is lovely and the hotel itself feels very private. The beach is especially perfect if you want to do surfing, the hotel gives you a very good surfing instructor. There aren’t too many people living in the hotel, so you won’t be bothered by crowds of tourists. Rooms are clean and cozy - there’s a fan, a conditioner, free wi-fi - pretty much everything you need. Also, the staff at the hotel are awesome! They’re very responsive, helpful and caring if you have a problem or want to order food. I had a health problem and Shamiii (one of the staff members) helped us find a doctor, and when doctor came to the hotel Shamiii was there to make sure everything was okay. It felt so much to me and I’m grateful ＜3 Definitely recommend!
