Lovely setting for a hotel, the service was second to none and the food was fabulous. Special mention to Achu, Madu and Sachi. Achu looked after us superbly in the restaurant, he was highly attentive, fulfilled every request and served us high tea. Madu and Sachi were on main reception and took good care of us.

I have specific food requirements, and Vasanth took the time to understand them completely. He worked with the kitchen to create delicious meals tailored to my preferences. This personalized service was outstanding. Beyond the food, the entire team contributed to my enjoyable stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They offered helpful recommendations for local attractions and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering stunning views. Stunning location extremely courteous staff and amazing food. Simply loved the place… special shout out to wasanth, Madhushikha, Deshani who were always available and ensured we had an awesome experience. The staff are never good according to our preference too…

The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. We were a group of 16, including kids, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our time. The kids had a great time as well. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The GM is leading the team well.

Rooms were vintage-style, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a charming old-world feel. Hospitality from Madhushika, our receiver, was excellent, making our stay even more delightful. The authentic Sri Lankan food buffet featured a variety of flavorful local delicacies, with live counters adding to the experience. Traditional curries, and delectable desserts were a highlight. The visit to the breathtaking Hunas falls was mesmerizing, with the sound of rushing water and lush greenery creating a serene atmosphere. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and nature’s beauty.

Calm and quite place to relax your mind. A friendly staff. You may play badminton , golf, or tennis. Nice view. Good foods... nearyby Hunas waterfall is there. Morning jogging will warm u up. Come and experience the feel..................

Splendid location with amazing staff. An excellent location for a couple to enjoy peace relaxation and tranquility while enjoying the lake view. The meals were excellent with an authentic taste. There are many activities to partake while you are at the hotel. I was truly moved by the hospitality provided by the staff members. A special word of acknowledgment to Mr. Janaka the FO Manager for organizing and providing us with a fabulous experience. Be sure to visit the Hunas Falls which is at a walking distance from the hotel. The unique way of dining outdoors at the garden during dinner alongside a bonfire was another wonderful experience we gained at the hotel. If anyone plans on a luxurious vacation where you could enjoy privacy and relaxation, this is the location.
