We had a wonderful stay at Hunas Falls! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with luxurious amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The real highlight, however, was the incredible hospitality — the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive from start to finish. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the hills, lake, and waterfall creating a truly tranquil atmosphere. Whether you’re relaxing in your room or exploring the grounds, there’s beauty everywhere you look. Highly recommend Hunas Falls for anyone seeking a peaceful escape with comfort, service, and nature all in one place.

It was a unique & wonderful experience. The surroundings of the hotel is very attractive and beautiful. The whole staff were very attentive and polite. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was very delicious and varieties I had been there twice with my family & highly recommended.

At the recommendation of a friend who had stayed at the hotel some years ago I made a 2 night stay in July. We stayed in the Katsura Suite which had a lovely Japanese theme design. Comfortable and spacious with gorgeous views over the garden and into the hills beyond.Sitting on the patio looking out into the hills I felt like I was watching an ever changing painting. I've enjoyed many trips into the hill country before but I must say that these views were really special. The staff were very helpful,friendly and met all our requests. From the greeting on arrival to helping us on the morning of departure really attentive staff. Food was tasty and beautifully served. Nice selection for all tastes on the menu. The large garden is perfectly maintained. Wonderfully calming to walk around the garden and lake.Small golf course too...wish I had brought a putter . Next visit I'll plan for a longer stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very bad and disappointing experience. 20 of us including kids visited this Hotel on 14.07.2025 evening for tea, despite a very narrow and uneven road. I told the person in charge we have 20 numbers and we have come for tea and he said only high tea is available but we can offer anything from the menu card.. As i was checking out the menu card the rest of the family members with the kids were enjoying the scenic beauty facing only OUT SIDE the hotel. All of a sudden one of the hotel security guards approached them and very rudely said IF YOU ARE TO STAY HERE YOU NEED TO ORDER SOMETHING OR U GOT TO LEAVE. We all were taken aback and shocked of his hostile attitude towards the guests and I had to just drop the menu card and leave the place thinking we should never visit or recommend this place to anyone....

It was a amazing experience we had in Hunas Falls Hotel with delicious foods and lovely customer service done by Mr. Janaka. Starting from the welcoming we were surprised with customer focusing. On the other hand hotel is maintain with like a heritage. We had a nice tracking experience and lovely evening walk in hotel area. Further, we really spent our vacation without any hesitation. F & B Team also gave such a nice service for us and Foods are amazing & really love it. I'm recommended this hotel for everyone who are looking for vacation with relaxation.
