Great location with poor property
The location is amazing
The room comfort is very poor, the bathroom condition is very bad.
The reception is nice.
The breqkfast is poor and you need to ask each time some dish is over...
The pool is excellent.
Improving the above can make it a 5 stars property, again - the location is breath taking

Iniziamo dal Panorama, Favoloso! assistenza ai clienti, grazie alla splendita.. simpatica..sempre cordiale e ottima conoscitrice del territorio signora Fabiola che ci ha dato ottime informazioni per conoscere al meglio il posto incantevole che abbiamo scelto (un piccolo paradiso) Pulizia camere ottima parcheggio auto molto comodo colazione più che soddisfacente, ringraziame le ragazze del servizio per la loro efficienza e cordialità nota: io e mia moglie abbiamo girato la Campania molte volte , ma questo piccolo paradiso ci ha affascinato a tal punto che sicuramente ci ritorneremo Grazie, un salutone da Giuliana e Roberto di Ancona

Stunning. Not touristy, but near Sorrento if that's your thing. Immaculate gardens to wander through. Two pools with a bar. Walkway to beach. 360 views of Mt Vesuvius from the restaurant. Breaky simple, but delicious. Staff are genuine, friendly yet unimposing. You can drive right up to your room. No dragging luggage down steep roads. Puolo is below. Wear your walking shoes because even if you drive, you have some fairly steep hills to navigate before you get to the village. Well worth it. Lovely restaurants in Puolo.

L'hotel possiede una veduta spettacolare, un ristorante eccellente. La serata del 15 agosto abbiamo cenato con menù di mare e vini DOC, serviti da un ottimo maitre. Le piscine,di acqua di mare,uniche fra tutti le strutture ricettive del luogo, sono spettacolari. Attraverso un percorso immerso nella natura,si accede al mare di Puolo. Fabiola e la madre, signora Adele, sono persone competenti e gentili. Le camere,nuovissime e con un tocco bohemien,sono curate e pulite.

Una location da paradiso, ottime le piscine di mare e la professionalità del personale! Come facciamo da anni, ci torneremo anche sicuramente in futuro. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorante che ci ha deliziato questo ferragosto oltre al parcheggio gratuito!
