We stayed here for the 2nd time in September - the hotel was still quite busy & weather changeable but we had the best time. The staff here are amazing, always willing to help. The food although dinner menu not always to my taste was good but I am a bit fussy. I’d like to see less potato but more other vegetables. The breakfast on offer was fab. Would prefer juices to watered down cordials. One thing that annoyed most guests was that the lighting was far too bright in the restaurant in the evening. Dim them please!!! The pool area is attractive but the beds far too close together. The hot tub was great but does need cleaning more often. The rooms were clean & spacious. I can only comment on our sea view room but the view sold it for us. Would like to see tea & coffee making facilities in the room. TV would benefit from a couple of English speaking channels even if BBC news 24 as the vast number of guests are English speaking. Anyway we just love it here so much we are returning for a 3rd consecutive year next September

Just had an absolutely amazing week at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were so helpful & polite. They have a shuttle bus to take you down to Sorrento if you want to go or you can walk into St Agata in less than five minutes where there are plenty of shops & restaurants. Food at the hotel was very good with lots of options for breakfast & evening meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone & we definitely intend to return in the future.

Love's staying here. The views from hotel were brilliant. Loved the staff who gave us great excursion suggestions. The room was neat and tidy. Price for food and drinks were reasonable.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful view from terrace. Quaint hotel full of character. Didn’t like our room view so the manager Renato changed room for us obligingly. Would have given higher rating but bed and pillows were hard. Free bus to sorrento was a bonus. Reception, Bar, terrace and cleaning staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Great location with some lovely restaurants close by.

The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well taken care of. Our room was also clean and spacious.
We came in a car, but also took advantage of their shuttle service to Sorrento one evening, which was easy and convenient.
We really enjoyed breakfast selection at this hotel as well as the options for lunch and dinner.
There’s also a cute little town a short walk from the premises where you can get some groceries and souvenirs.
If we ever come back to this beautiful region in the future, we would be happy to stay at Hotel Jaccarino again.
