I ask the reception given the total lack of apologies, cleaning and room check before assigning a discount on the room already paid (price that makes you think of a much higher level), the lady at the cash register does not even raise her eyes and looks at me and apologizes for the various inconveniences, in the end another person arrives totally uninformed of the facts that happened and we reach an agreement guaranteeing me the instant transfer of the agreed sum. A whole day has passed and I still have not received anything. I conclude by saying that the structure offers a good restaurant service, but for the rest everything needs to be reviewed both in proximity to the customer and in problem solving. I attach photos.
