На удивление приятный отель, рассчитанный только на взрослых постояльцев. Расположен в удалении от клубов, туристического променада и прочей «движухи», до пляжа около 20 минут прогулочным шагом.
Номера в бунгало – чистые и уютные, сантехника в отличном состоянии, персонал отзывчивый. Еда в ресторане при отеле отличная: ассортимент блюд в меню, сервировка, органолептические ощущения – все на уровне. Если будет возможность, обязательно вернемся.

I really liked this hotel, the excellent service, the very good facilities, the cleanliness of 10 and the phenomenal staff, from reception, waitress, lifeguard... A 10 in tranquility and comfort.

Nice quiet place, only for adults, no children. Private entrance for everyone, bungalow style. Nice staff, clean environment. Enough sun loungers for everyone, the water in the pool could have been a little warmer. During our visit, there were mainly tourists from Finland, Germany and Britain

I went to FBC Fortuny for my 21st birthday back in November and I had the best time !! My first time in Gran Canaria as well as staying in an adult only hotel. It was really nice relaxing and exploring a new place for the first time. I have to give a shoutout to the restaurant staff. I don’t know there names but one has black hair and one has blonde hair. They were the sweetest people me and my mum have ever met. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious every night 😍 I’m definitely missing my fortuny burger ha ha !! On the day of my actual birthday the two girls in the restaurant went out of their way to decorate the table for me and also even made me a cake with lots of other cakes to try too!! They even wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate sauce on the plate. It was so sweet of them and the two girls really looked after us well. So I give my thankyou to them. The hotel room was really nice and cosy. Just what you need after a nice day out or coming back in from a day of sunbathing around the pool. However upstairs in the bedroom there is no air conditioning and if you are there during the summer when it’s really hot. You would have to close your balcony door upstairs for the air conditioning to actually work. You can tell the staff really look after the hotel really well , there is always a maintenance guy who is always doing things during the day. Over all I really enjoyed this relaxing holiday and I cannot wait to return in November again for my birthday for the 2nd time

Stayed here as a couple in December and overall enjoyed this hotel . Food & bar area nicely set out though on quiet side for us . One point I'd like to say is sand bathing area desperately needs cleaning ,sunbeds etc ,gym area needs a clean and some equipment require routine maintenance or replacement ..if selling points then need to be adequate . I'd say it's possibly more a 3 star resort than 4 until spruced up .yes we'd return here .

3rd visit in a year and as ever BRILLIANT, shout out to all the staff on reception as helpful as always. Staff at chill out bar were all exceptional they work so hard and deserve a special mention. Relaxing holiday as always Only small point is I understand that the shop is a convenience but very under stocked if you look at the pictures on website every shelf was full in reality they were empty virtually all week didnt want weeks worth just essentials . Also we were around the back facing the road please could you ask cleaners to do sun beds they got filthy and seems out of sight out of mind , BUT that does not take way the fact that overall the resort is amazing and we will be back

This has been the most chilled holiday ever. The staff, without exception, have been so helpful. The service & food quality in the restaurant were superb, drinks were reasonably priced, and with the added bonus of a happy hour. The bungalows were scrupulously clean, and you could request cleaning as often as you liked. If I had to give a downside it would be the selfish people reserving their sunbeds for a whole week but only using them twice! This is not the fault of the resort. We would definitely like to return. Well done Fortuny Resort, a first class establishment in every respect.
