Great experience and service from start until the end of our stay! They provided complementary cava and cake for a birthday as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Club Maspolomas Suites and spa, everything about this resort is amazing. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Richard in the restaurant was the best, he always had time to talk to us with a smile. We went B & B but ate in the hotel at lunch time, the food was always delicious. We quite often shared a lunch as the portions were huge. Just a suggestion, it would be great to have lighter bites for lunch, for example just a sandwich. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the pillows on the beds very comfy. The room was lovely and if I was to make any suggestions it would be to have a bit more hanging space (but that's probably because I always take too many clothes 😅) Thank you so so much team Club Maspolomas Suites we will be back x

This was our second stay and, as someone who doesn’t generally like to return to the same place, I’m already looking forward to another visit. The greeting when you arrive sets the tone for your holiday. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco to enjoy whilst they check you in and give you your wristband which acts as your room key. Each unit is spacious having a bedroom, bathroom and living space with fridge and kettle. As returning guests we were given a bottle of prosecco and chocolates which was a lovely touch. We travelled as a couple with our 2 adult children so needed to make sure everyone was catered for and we booked 3 units. My son is into his fitness and the fully equipped gym was perfect for him. He and I made use of this every day and, other than mornings before breakfast, it was never busy. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. No rushing or stress to get beds. The staff are constantly walking around to assist you with getting the perfect mix of sun and shade, to take food and drinks orders and to keep everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a work of art. Everyone staying is on bed and breakfast board so no checking in for breakfast. It runs from 7-11 so plenty of time to relax with coffee, or to enjoy a chilled prosecco, all included! The chefs on the egg station are amazing, and there is a huge range of food to suit everyone, including a gluten free selection. There is entertainment on some days - aqua fit was great fun. There were also cooking classes and yoga. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment on that as we preferred to take a taxi to the lighthouse and eat in the many restaurants there. You can get a taxi just outside the hotel and the cost is around €5. We did wonder if we would be bored on a 9 night stay but I could easily have stayed longer. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do to make your guests’ holidays perfect. A wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return.

We have just returned from our latest stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations once again. We stayed longer and managed to enjoy more activities, including Sarah and ger amazing aquafit. We also had the pleasure of attending Diego's fabulous paella and sangria workshop. Make sure you reserve this in your calendar, it is a delight. As with our previous visit the initial reception was great the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout, the room was impeccably clean, and the wifi was reliable. I stand by my previous review and once again highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious. relaxing and enjoyable stay in Maspalomas. We will come again.

We've been coming to this resort for the past 10+ years so clearly we love the place. The facilities are superb. Faultless room with a private garden and jacuzzi. The reception staff are so friendly. Gunter was brilliant in welcoming us, taking our luggage and arranging our suite. The maintaince staff were also really engaging and friendly. The reason for only 4 stars this year rather than 5 every other year is: The food quality has dropped and choice reduced. The food was consistently cold through breakfast and evening meals. Service felt rushed: more than once my plate was removed only seconds after my cutlery was placed down. The staff at the restaurant and bar area have lost their sparkle, O.Gomez never mustered a smile the entire week. The entertainment was low key and quite honestly dull. No audience participation or engagement. We love visiting the resort each year but I can't help notice that something has changed since our last holiday. Please get it back to how it was 🙏
