Mashhad Hotels with Airport pickup service

This hotel was a first for me, I visited Darvishi hotel for 2018 (For religious purposes). It wasn't a great hotel as it had a alright quality of food, a alright room and it was just fine but it didnt deem to really suit to our liking, and we went there for 6 years? (whenever we decided to visit Meshhad). We decided to go to Ghasr Talaee. And it was a great experience, Food was delicious (The Pizza is a must), The staff are very polite and really care if you have concerns. During the moments when we ordered pizza the oven was broken and it took some time to arrive, When it arrived the staff instantly sent a call towards our room asking if it arrived. Proving how they are really mindful of how you feel. The transport is also quite brilliant they are always ontime (it is 1 hour each transport, 1:30,2:30 etc.) The rooms are always very tidy and are brilliant with room service and there is nothing wrong at all with how the rooms are designed and how they are arranged. They even have a games section in Floor 2, Which was a great moment of spending our time in Meshhad with family, We decided to play bowling which was a fantastic experience and there wasnt a single issue at all and once again the staff were extremely polite. However; the only concern coming from my behalf is the poor internet connections which by no means is from the Hotel as iran is mainly focused on preventing internet which the hotel isnt able to control the speed. In conclusion, Ghasr Talaee is a great experience and it is one to for the memories, It may be slightly expensive but it is brilliant for its price and it is definitely a 5 star hotel. Additional notes: It is 15 minutes away from Imam Reza shrine

The hotel is next to the sanctuary, so it is very comfortable to visit the city. It is a good hotel, the room was comfortable and quiet. The reception staff is very friendly, try to help in everything you can. We are very grateful for the deal they gave us.

Complimentary buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are available for a fee, buffet and order options are available. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Holy Mausoleum. The service is warm and clean, and it is a good choice for both travel and business.

Having booked the hotel through agent for 11 days I suffered with the hotel management. For whatever reason only thing I can write is they didn’t listen to us a customer and having received the payment for one day from the agent they even didn’t allow us to check in and gave us the room until they receive the complete payment of 11 days. Visiting as an international visitor we had to face language issue which is considerate but initial customer service was absolutely pathetic. Even the management could see my mother had a knee surgery recently and she was tired while traveling but they lack empathy and inhuman. Later on after the issue was resolved the staff was good, house keeping staff was good. Staff at front door are great in dealing with customers but first impression stays till last.

Homa hotel is best group of hotels in Mashhad Iran with very nice location and having a good food selection. The hotel Homa staff is also very cooperative

The breakfast is local ingredients and taste. It is very rich and there are many drinks. Freshly squeezed carrot juice and apple juice are recommended. The environment in the room is clean and tidy, the carpets are free of dust, and the bedding is comfortable. It is a super cost-effective hotel.

Just near the market, the location is very good, not far from the subway station, the hotel is good and comfortable in all aspects
