A bit of a hike from the railways station, but can always Uber. Lovely artsy business hotels with great views of city & particularly the airport.

Nice average hotel close to airport. Can see some of the plane from our room (3rd floor) gave us an extra 30 minutes as late check out. Unfortunately has to pay $30 per night for parking so keep that in mind. Some hotel has free parking if you checked in. 15 mins walkin to the train station too.

Citadines connect is dropping standards and its going downhill with absurd cost cutting ridiculous policies. Now if you go out they won't even clean or service your room. I left and came back at midnight and nothing was done no tells replaced not even the rubbish removed. I'm just speaking with reception I was told we don't plan or do anything to the rooms anymore unless you request it. What a ridiculously absurd policy considering the high prices they charge for the rooms. Not only is that inconvenient and annoying for the customer it's just more time consuming for staff to have to say yes do you want your clone room cleaned and then pass it on. The only excuse for this is cost cutting which is a ridiculous policy and would make anyone rethink staying there. Even when they do the housekeeping the standards are poor the toilet wasn't clean properly the wash base and wasn't clean properly. It appears the bottom line is all they are interested in not the customer experience

we had booked 2 business class rooms, and arrived a little earlier than check in time and we asked if perhaps one of the rooms would be available for baby to take a nap, they gave us the room but charged us $60 extra. No amenities provided, however most things u need will be available - you just have to pay for it

It's a great place to stay if you have an early morning flight and the interior of the hotel is funky, modern, spacious and colourful. The customer service from the hospitability staff can be better as the young male staff seemed more preoccupied with his tasks than providing great customer service. There needs to be vegan gluten free meals available as there were nothing for vegans except for plain pringles and Smith's originals. The toilet button should be positioned higher instead of closing down the toilet lid in order to find the flush button and the shower sewer needs to be more wider as the water was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. I booked a shuttle bus to domestic airport early in the morning for my flight and it would be great if this service was offered in the evening at Mascot station for those getting to the airport for an early morning flight with heavy luggages. Other than that, comfortable bed and bedroom and immersive reception and cafe area.

The hotel is under Accor Hotel Group, Behind it is Quest hotel of the same group. Both are convenient for travellers flying in the early morning. I could see the aircrafts landing and taking off in front of window. Room is small but cozy. Bed is comfy and has an impressive bathroom. The front desk staff offered me a wake up call at 4.am for a shuttle bus leaving at 5am to international departure hall. Finally no call happened, I was dissatisfied with this. Fortunately I set one wake up call at 4:20am on my iPhone .

We took a night flight from Tasmania to the hotel and walked for about 15 minutes at T2. The hotel front desk is on the 7th floor and the customer service staff are very friendly. It takes 20 minutes from the hotel to the train station to reach the city.

The experience is really great staying in the hotel. Location is good but little walk from bus and train station. The staffs are excellent and very prompt service and response to any room request.
