I feel very relaxed and at home in Pullman Hotel. The rooms are well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The one near the airport is a bit old, but it doesn't affect my stay. The parking fee is a bit expensive. If you rent a car for self-driving tour, you can choose to park in the nearby streets. There are 3p and 4p road signs, and you can park from 6pm to the next morning. The Mascot area where the hotel is located looks desolate, but there is actually a large commercial street not far away, with a WWS supermarket, many delicious restaurants and grocery stores for snacks. There is also a subway station near the commercial area. You can take the train to the city center in three or four stops, which is very convenient.

Overall it's OK. The G floor is designed as a restaurant, which makes it smelly when checking in. Everything else is OK. The service attitude is average. You need to call to get water and paper towels.

i honestly don’t think this is a 5 star hotel- bar and restaurant mediocre at best and no facilities ie swimming pool - rooms were spacious and comfortable but no view- wouldn’t want to stay there more than the 2 days we stayed
