The staff were exceptional and helped to ease the pain of a 7 hour Vietjet flight delay. We slept very well . The 4th floor room we had was very quiet with only very rare, muted aircraft noise coming through the double glazed window and no traffic noise. The doors also have seals so there was very little hallway noise. The block out curtains also worked perfectly. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would easily stay again.

The airport drop-off service fee is expensive. The hotel description says there are Chinese clerks, but there are none, which is inconsistent with the hotel description. There are no disposable toothbrushes. The room equipment is a bit old, and the quilt and sheets feel very damp. Not recommended for living.
