Because of the early flight, I chose to spend one night near the airport. The room was a bit stuffy; there was only one air conditioner in the whole room, which was blowing towards the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable; the bathroom was a bit small.

The room is nice, with a large space and a big bed.
There is a Japanese BBQ restaurant downstairs and a Woolworth not far away. It is very convenient to walk to it in 3 minutes.
There is a washing machine and dryer, but there is no detergent/liquid, you have to buy it separately, 2 dollars a small bag at the front desk. In addition, there are no slippers, you have to bring your own.
Other things are quite satisfactory.
It is a 20-minute walk from T2, which is convenient. You need to take a taxi to T3.

The room is large and well-equipped. There is a kitchen where you can make your own food. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the airport and the city. There are all kinds of supermarkets and restaurants around, and everything is available. Highly recommended

Everything about this place suggest that it’s run on a very tight budget. The rooms were not particularly clean and all the cups, plates and utensils all have stains on them.
Rooms only get serviced every third day and to our surprise when we returned on the third day no service has been performed.
Sound proofing was also not great. We kept getting woken up during the middle of the night by various noises. Our experience was so poor we ended up canceling our next reservation with the same chain. I would not recommend this place.

Exactly what we wanted. One bedroom apartment room with kitchenette and laundry. Short walk to Mascot station and very close to the airport. Not too pricey either.
