I have booked hotels on Ctrip for so many years! First time writing a bad review! It's really a black hotel!
When I checked in on the first day, the receptionist was a Southeast Asian woman with middle-aged hair. She had a very sullen face the whole time. It was the first time I saw a receptionist like that. After I gave him the room card, he didn't even tell me how to get to the elevator. When I asked him, he acted very impatient. What did I do to offend him? Then I went out and came back the next day, the room card didn't work. I went there twice and it still didn't work. At first the front desk didn't believe it and refused to come and check. Later, when they came and really couldn't open the door, they gave me a key.
One of the lights in the room was broken and the electric curtains couldn't be opened.
It was the last day when I checked out and left, but I didn't expect that he would do something to me. They insisted that we were given three room cards on the first day and that we had to pay for losing one. This is really nonsense, where did the third one come from? ? ? ?
In short, if you don't want to be bothered by anger and be affected by your mood, stay away from this hotel! It's my first time staying in a hotel for three consecutive days and there are always some annoying things every day.
