Price is quite reasonable with quality breakfast and facilities. Location is very good. Near to city centre. Parking fee is not bad. But the hotel is very busy. No bath and hand wash gel for both of my two rooms, even I went to the reception to request, they marked the problem but finally ignored which made me a bit disappointed.

First, the hotel is just outside the station- less than 2 minutes walk. second, the entry into the hotel is as seen in the pix. little walk through and people sitting and enjoying the silence. lobby is friendly and welcoming. there is restaurant inside with lively TV/music. receptionists are welcoming and checkin was fast. nice corridors on the 2nd floor and the room for three was spacious. a sofa cum bed was comfortable. window overlooking the parking lot. gives privacy. from the hotel one can take a metro ticket 5.20 euros for 24 hours and go anywhere. the breakfast is part in restaurant and outdoors - the latter is heavenly. little fruit and vegetable plants. very good fair- detox water, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice you can make for self,...good for vegetarians too. would recommend to everyone. only positives for this hotel and it is well priced. in night one can jsut sit in open and enjoy the silence. Go for it.

The room size was as expected.
The apartment hotel is mainly a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils, but it is inconvenient without a kettle. There are many supermarkets around, which is convenient for shopping.
The hotel is right next to the train station, not far from the scenic spots, and convenient to the surrounding cities, but the train station next to the street is quite noisy (the sound of the station announcement).
Overall cost-effective.

When I visited for other business a few months ago, the location was great and the building was great.
I had a good feeling because it was very new.
We would like to thank the hotel for their cooperation in changing this reservation.

I have had a really good experience through all my stays at Greet Hotel. It is close to St Charles TGV station, which is handy as I always arrive in MRS late with luggage. The staff is ”sympa”, and trustable. I once had forgotten my wallet at the reception, and I got a phone call a few minutes later inviting me to come and get it. Rare in MRS. The manager is a nice lady who clearly makes sure that her guests are all settled nicely. ”My” room, always the same so far, faces the courtyard, so no traffic noise, and barely any noise at all. The bed is huge, so is the TV screen. There's a nice character desk where I like to work or email on in the evenings. Brekky is takeaway with the option to bring it back to our rooms. It's quite nice considering the COVID measures. The bathroom is big too. And there are plenty of pigeonholes to put your various effects in. There is a Le Vélo bay next door, which makes it easy to go anywhere for... EUR 1 a week! MRS is mostly sunny throughout the year, so you can just consider riding to anywhere. No mask needed when riding, BTW. For my next, regular, biz trips to MRS, I'm not looking any further. The perk of this hotel, for me, is clearly the reading corners in the foyer, boasting an ecclectic choice. I make a point reading a few pages everytime I go.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

Really nice! I loved how you can have your own space by closing the curtain. The beds didn't make any noise or movements when you climb into the upper bed. Maybe a small improvement: sign for where the reception/checkin is or some arrows. Overall had a nice stay, very cozy place and clean and good working services

This hotel is in one of the worst areas of Marseille. There are homeless people in doorways and the area is run down and desolate. The hotel staff are cheerful enough but I think that even they know that they're in a dire area. The hotel itself has no bar or restaurant so you have to venture outside if you want any sustenance. Best thing to do - head directly to the old port where there is a huge array of bars and restaurants. Get a taxi back to the hotel (about €15) or risk getting mugged in the street like I did. The one amusing part about our stay was using the underground car park. Having to fit a car that is 1.84m wide into a lift that is 1.9m wide was fun. The car park is on level minus 5 by the way so you're in for a journey a long way down!

This was our second stay in a hotel of this chain, the first time in Provence.
Positive:
In general our experience was positive, a good place for a short overnight stay and onward journey. There is a parking lot (in Marseille it cost 10 euros extra). You can cook if you want (there is a kitchen, dishes and appliances).
Bed, bathroom and toilet were nice and clean.
Criticism:
In Marseille the room was worn and poorly cleaned, there was dust on the microwave and in the air conditioning (a lot of thick layer) not cleaned. Poorly closing freezer compartment in which there was a lot of snow. There was no extra blanket or pillow. We could not be provided with an extra pillow on request.
If the maids paid attention to the little things it would be very good.

Excellent
김김벤야A large, luxurious hotel with good service worthy of IHG. Very good. The care staff provide excellent service. If there is a chance to travel again Want to go back and stay here again. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel has a fragrant smell that I like all the time. The bed is soft, the pillows are comfortable. I really like it. Must go back and stay again.
GGuest UserMy partner and I are staying in this hotel tonight (17Sep) The good. New hotel, feels clean and fresh. Nice airy lobby / reception area. Small pool but clean and inviting. Really friendly staff, I’ve asked for slippers and bucket of ice, delivered to our room within minutes with a smile. Thank you🌸 Underground car park, very convenient, but expensive. Bad: Our room ( no 814) has a very strange layout. The bathroom is “split” in half. Toilet is located separately by the door and the other “part of the bathroom” sink and shower is located on the other side of the room. Separate toilet has NO sink, so every time we use toilet we have to walk to the other side of the room to wash hands - unpractical, illogical and dead annoying. Very limited room service menu, very few dishes, no wine, no champi. The area - really dirty, rubbish on the street, noise from nearby apartment blocks. All in all - okay’ish for 1-2 nights not longer.
AAlbert5433This was a lovely hotel to stay at. I booked a room with a large terrace overlooking the port and the view was fantastic. I could have sat all day watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The room was spacious and well kept. The employees were very nice and helpful even as I practiced my French on them. The breakfast was quite special. It is served in a beautiful , light-filled room, again, with views of the port. You could sit inside or outside and the weather was beautiful while I was there in early June. The breakfast had many many choices, breads of all kinds, hot choices (such as bacon, eggs, sausages, petite potatoes, vegetables), cold cuts, many cheeses, several dessert options also. Really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel and wish I had stayed longer.
GGuest UserWhat makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.
GGuest UserThe breakfast is delicious, the location is very good, the service is very good, there is free refreshments, apples can be taken, and the pier is just a few minutes walk. There are many shops nearby, and places to eat, and it is also close to Shanghai Kitchen and Dahua Hotel. This is very cost-effective, because Ridisson members have no way to set points in Ctrip.
GGuest UserLocation wise the hotel is just two or three minutes walk from the Colbert Metro Station or maybe 14 minutes walk from the main St Charles railway station. It is also only about five to seven minutes walk from the main tourist area down by the port. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but the street it is on it heavy with graffiti, there was smell of urine and hobos sleeping nearby. That might sound nasty, but it's just a fact. Check-in was simple and quick and the lobby is OK if you like looking at a piano covered in faux graffiti. All rather tacky and blingy looking. Bedroom was OK if you like decor in purple and vinyl light blue covered chairs in your room. No proper desk for computer use although you can use a small table and stool. Wifi connection was good. Air-conditioning worked. Bathroom acceptable although the 'open' toilet brush holder could surely be improved upon. Hairdryer provided but you can't use it in the bathroom as there is no plug point for a hair dryer. It can however be used in the hallway. Carpet was dirty. I thought at first it was maybe just our room but upon stepping out into the corridor there was dirt and dust everywhere, especially along the sides by the skirting boards. The cleaners main corridor door was often left open letting guests see inside the cleaners store room area. Breakfast was good. In fact, most of it was better than good. Comprehensive selection of breads and croissants/pastries, cheeses, hams, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, coffee machines and scrambled egg. The fallafel was also a great thing which I hadn't expected. Not so good were the burnt sausages and the very fatty/oily streaky bacon each morning. But overall, a good variety and enjoyable. Would we return? Probably not. The hotel really needs to do something to clean the carpets in the corridors properly and to get new toilet brush holders in the rooms. Very off-putting.
MMarie odileDecent hotel for a 3 star located near the Perrier metro station, a City crossroads right next to 7/7. The place is clean but not perfect (the corners are not done) small kitchen area with mismatched dishes, kettle but no coffee machine. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are well heated. Staff available
MMair DStayed in this hotel in June 22. Have to admit that my first impression was student halls but we adapted well. The apartment was small but very clean. We had one bedroom but only big enough to house twin beds and a bedside table and a lamp. The beds were very comfortable. There was a separate toilet and a small bathroom with a over bath shower. I first thought that the bath was not clean but it was just here the enamel had worn away. There was a small kitchenette with cooker, fridge and dishwasher. We didn’t use it except for tea and coffee as we had B&B which was good the lady in the dining room was very friendly and was happy to help. We ate out for dinner. There is a table and chairs and a sofa bed in the living area plus a tv. The balcony was big and facing the sea which was nice with lovely views over the bay. There were patio table and chairs. If you are staying less than 8 days you won’t get room service but will provide it at an extra cost. There is a free safe deposit in all rooms. I think this is because of covid. There is free WiFi and a safety deposit box. There is no hairdryer in the rooms but you can get one from reception at no cost if you ask. Reception were ok but didn’t speak much English but we were in France after all so got by. The pool is small but nice the only thing is that there is no seating around the pool. Most people were just sitting on the decking on towels. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the beach. The only thing is that it was not Sandy but stony and gritty not good for making sand castles. There are no sun beds or parasols to hire, and very little shade. There is a Sandy beach further down the bay about 10 mins walk. There are restaurants close by but also more on the Sandy beach which is lovely. Also a good supermarket near too. You can get a bus into the city on the road next to the hotel the No 83 is €2 per person each way along the coast to the marina. I have to say that the external walls of the hotel need to be tidied up they look very tired. A lick of paint is needed badly, and maybe the rooms brought up to date a little. Maybe the hotel group could invest some funds into doing this. All in all we had a good stay but it could have been better. Thank you to all staff the made our stay comfortable.
MMaosenThe staff at the front desk of the hotel are very friendly, and the check-in and check-out speed is also very fast. The location is good, and it is less than ten minutes' walk from the subway station in the picture. The room is also very clean, suitable in size and has a private bathroom. The best thing is that there is an open kitchen in the room, and the tableware is also very complete.
GGuest UserRecently stayed here at 50Euro per night, The hotel is located a stone's throw away from Vieux-Port in a side street, hence giving you access to town centre, the metro. With a tiny and almost hidden entrance the hotel, its easy to miss. From the rooms you can hear the hustle and bustle even at night however I like this kind of sound and slept with the windows open. The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great
