Ottima posizione, personale gentile e efficiente. Piscina carina e comoda. Scelta intelligente quella di vietare di fumare nella zona della piscina.Sicuramente tornerei in questo hotel. Forse l’unica cosa che migliorerei è il menù del servizio in camera e della piscina. Buono ma pochissima scelta. Un solo primo , una insalata , un secondo di carne e se non ricordo male due dessert . Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e moderne. Bello l’arredo mento ed elegante lo stile. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, non si sentono gli ospiti delle altre camere. Al check-in ti consegnano la chiave con una cartina di Marsiglia piegata e la password del Wi-Fi. Idea molto carina e funzionale. All’ingresso è presente un bocciolone con dell’acqua fresca. Visto il caldo di Marsiglia al rientro in hotel rinfrescarsi con una bevanda fresca è un ottima idea. Tutte le parti dell’hotel si presentano in ottime condizioni . Adatto sia per famiglie, ma anche per professionisti. L’orario dell’accesso in piscina termina alle 20.00… forse lo avrei allungato alle 21.00. Per permettere a chi è di passaggio a Marsiglia per lavoro di farsi un bagno a fine giornata. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante e all’europea… c’è un po’ di tutto!!! Neo salumi aggiungerei un po’ di prosciutto crudo e nei formaggi qualche mozzarellina. Le brioche sono ottime e fresche. La frutta è già tagliata …. Praticamente una macedonia… yogurt , miele , burro , nutella , marmellate , diversi tipi di pane … insomma un po’ di tutto!!! C’è una macchinetta che eroga diversi tipi di bevande. Si può scegliere dal classico caffè espresso italiano a quello americano , oppure una buona cioccolata calda. Molto funzionale. Si ha anche la possibilità di avere una tazza di acqua calda per gustarsi un ottimo thè. Altra cosa importante, se si rientra tardi , il portiere di notte è sempre vigile e attento. Non si rischia di rimanere fuori ad aspettare. Ascensori veloci e molto funzionanti . La pulizia dell’hotel è buona , come l’accoglienza e in generale proprio tutta l’atmosfera che si respira . Consiglierei sicuramente di soggiornare in questo hotel. La posizione è splendida , a pochi minuti dal vecchio porto da una parte, altrimenti dall’altra si arriva subito alla spiaggia de Catalan , dove poi si può fare una passeggiata nella meravigliosa corniche…. Probabilmente da qualche camera si può vedere anche l’isola di Frioul… che altro dire… viva il New Hotel!!!!

Great hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

Very quiet hôtel with nice garden and pool. 20min walking distance from corniche promenade. Kettle in the room. Quite noisy due to the age of the building. No more water bottle in the room, you have to get filtered tap water from the reception instead (due to ‘environmental concerns’, but the rooms have the A/C on at 20° when you enter…(sic) ). Nice restaurant onsite

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

The welcome is very pleasant and the room is really spacious. Very clean. The best part is the mini bar available which is free.

It can be breakfast, but it's simple. It's a small family hotel on the beach. It's not too big or too many, but the view is very beautiful, the sky is very blue, the air is very good, and the scenery in Europe is just a pick. They are all very beautiful. Unlimited inspiration... The hotel is very simple, there is no special furniture, almost a table, a bed, a bathroom, but it is a sleep anyway, we booked a room with a balcony, sitting on the balcony to see the sea, I feel really unbeatable ... A trip that will never be forgotten. In addition, the little girl at the front desk is really beautiful and beautiful.

In the afternoon, the coast downstairs is full of young people enjoying the sun, playing music, jumping in the sea, drinking beer, and being very happy. But at night it was very quiet, and there were waves as white noise, and I slept very comfortably. The hotel's top-floor open-air swimming pool and the bottom indoor swimming pool are divided equally, each with its own comfort. The hotel also intimately provides a small basket for easy bath towels. I thought there would be some distance from the city center, but I didn't expect to drive for a few minutes. Not far from the side is the prestigious sunset restaurant. Maybe the only problem is that there is no parking lot, and I look forward to thinking of a solution as soon as possible.
