Marseille 2nd arrondissement of Marseille Hotels

The room was modern, clean, and very spacious. It's conveniently located not far from the Old Port, and with a tram stop right outside, transportation is incredibly convenient. Having a fridge in the room was a definite plus. The front desk service was perfectly standard – neither outstanding nor poor. The only minor drawback was that the hotel doesn't offer daily housekeeping.

It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille. I stayed in Room 18, and I could see the Old Port from the window. The service was good. You should pay attention to the business hours of the front desk when storing your luggage. The only drawback may be that it is not soundproof. The motorcycles on the road are a bit noisy at night.

Marseille is quite comfortable. Although the people are more mixed, the cost is lower than Nice, especially the hotel. During the peak season, you can still book 600-700 yuan a night, which is very good. The room is also quite spacious. Marseille is the place I am most satisfied with in the south of France. Nice is really too crowded, and the hotel is small and too expensive.

Very average for the price, cleanliness of the common areas limit... Very old room and bathroom without equipment (for my part without shower curtain..) I didn't know before arriving but the parking lot must be booked in advance (15€/d) otherwise impossible to put your car and the streets around meh meh The advantage would be the location... there is the Joliette metro at 50m

The location is quite convenient, right by the old port. But it's also a bit scary. Marseille's Old Town is practically ruled by black people. The service was pretty average, rather indifferent. They claim to offer hot chocolate and milk refills daily, but when you ask for it, you either get hot chocolate and water or milk and water. The pool is terribly small! And what's with needing a reservation? But for under 3000 a night, it's manageable, I guess. I won't be coming back to Marseille in the future. It feels dangerous. I even hired a local driver, and he was terrified, not daring to leave his car parked in the Old Town for fear of his windows being smashed.

The location is great. The window is right next to the Old Port of Marseille, and you can see the whole view of the Old Port of Marseille. The hotel lobby lounge is quite spacious and there is a mini gym on the second floor. There are balconies above the 3rd floor, and the rooms are decorated in French style.

This hotel is very outdated. It’s not at the Novotel standards. Yes the room size is big but that’s probably the only big plus. Otherwise the priority is cost control not customer satisfaction. Public spaces are very tiny. The tram station at the hotel doorstep is very convenient.

I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, and the front desk gave me the room directly (a room on the fifth floor). I paid a deposit of 100 euros on my credit card. When I entered the room, I saw that it was a room without windows on the wall (I booked a room with a small bed), so I called the front desk and asked him to change me to a room with windows on the wall instead of a room with windows on the roof. Their front desk reception was very enthusiastic and sent a colleague to take me to see another similar room on the fourth floor. Although there was a small window on the wall, the room was relatively small and not as good as the room with skylight on the fifth floor. So I decided to choose the room with skylight on the fifth floor. Check-in was still very pleasant. I met five or six front desk receptionists in total. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Maybe because I speak French, they answered all my questions. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the Joliette subway station and there is a tramway. There are Carrefour, Monoprix and Franprix next to the hotel. The last three photos are a hamburger restaurant next to the hotel, which is a one or two-minute walk from the hotel. The average price per person is about 17 or 18 euros, and it is very delicious. From the photos you can see that the hotel is very close to Notre Dame Le Major. The hotel is relatively quiet and a good choice.

I’ve stayed in this hotel chain before, in Dubai, this hotel was also lovely! My flight landed at 9am and I was very lucky that they allowed me to check into the room as soon as I arrived to the hotel!

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value
