Très mauvaise expérience En visite à Marseille nous étions 3 avec une amie d’ici qui a voulu nous faire découvrir sa ville et nous à présenté cet endroit magique qui est très vite devenue un cauchemar En effet un serveur prénommé Alexandre avec un état douteux s’est permis (après commande passer) d’arriver à notre table de façon virulente et relativement agressive de nous annoncer qu’il refusait catégoriquement de nous servir car il aurait eu un quiproquo avec mon amie il y’a quelque année et nous a ordonné de quitter notre table le ton est monté car nous étions dans l’incompréhension la plus total De plus il s’est venté d’être l’amie de la patronne et qu’il été « protégé » et qu’il faisait ce qu’il voulait Je trouve ceci inadmissible et irrespectueux de sa part De ce fait je suis à contre cœur obliger de signaler cet incident qui nous laissera amer de cet endroit

Séjour exceptionnel. Accueil extraordinaire. Les gens sont tous plus gentils les uns que les autres. La directrice charmante et modeste. Chambre impeccable. Propre et moderne. sdb très propre.Terrasse super sympa avec 2 responsables du bar hyper drôles et efficaces . La terrasse est ouverte toute la nuit pour les clients et accessible pour les gens de l'extérieur concernant le bar. L'isolation est top et pourtant cet hôtel est situé sur le vieux port. De ce fait, on profite des animations. Le petit déjeuner fait maison et un buffet complet.Les gens de l'accueil sont dans la bienveillance.Et il y a une surprise au-dessus de la Terrasse... mais pour le savoir, il faut réserver!

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. Il letto non era matrimoniale come indicato, ma una piazza e mezza incastrata in uno spazio così stretto che si poteva salire solo dal fondo. La stanza doveva avere l’aria condizionata, ma non funzionava, nonostante fuori ci fossero 37 gradi. In attesa del check-in, avevamo già sentito un’altra ospite lamentarsi per lo stesso problema. Quando lo abbiamo segnalato alla receptionist, ci ha detto di aspettare il collega del turno successivo: non si capisce perché non abbia potuto fare lei stessa la segnalazione. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma non era possibile. Anche un rimborso per cercare un’altra sistemazione ci è stato negato, dicendo che avrebbero dato una risposta solo il giorno dopo. Abbiamo quindi dormito con un ventilatore, soluzione ovviamente insufficiente. Un soggiorno deludente, non torneremo e non lo consigliamo.

Friendly,helpful staff. 1st room 101, dirty walls and woodwork, air con not working, given very old fan. Moved to room 202, air con slightly better, modern style fan, room still had dirty walls and woodwork in need of overall upgrade, shower much better in room 202, rooms very small for two people.

This hotel was not really as expected. Our room was very old compared to others (we saw them being cleaned) and our room had an extra wall so it was very claustrophobic because the bed was in a nook. It was tiny, outdated, and just generally quite run down. The shower didn’t have a full size screen so the bathroom was soaked every time we showered. The room was very humid and the aircon was not great. The road was very noisy so we couldn’t open windows. No room to open a suitcase fully. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but it was overpriced for what was offered.

We travelled as a group and we were delighted with The Hermes. Communication in advance of travelling with Margaux was helpful and efficient. We received a warm welcome and were facilitated with leaving luggage on arrival and departure. The staff were so kind and welcoming - on arrival and night staff also. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed a great night's rest. The breakfast was excellent - a great selection and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The location is fantastic with side views of the old port from many rooms .. The rooftop terrace is a lovely facility and wonderful for photos of the Old Port and Notre Dame de La Garde. The Hermes offers a great product and excellent value in an unbeatable location.
