Le pire service que j’ai pu experimenter depuis très longtemps ! Nous commandons trois soles meunières, on nous en donne 2 (en pretextant que l’une est plus grosse ce qui n’était pas vrai) et seulement deux accompagnements : mais on nous demande de payer pour 3 ! 45minutes pour commander, 1h00 ensuite pour avoir nos poissons. Bière commandée 3 fois avant que quelqu’un nous dise qu’ils n’en ont plus (donc 20minutes pour finalement devoir commander autre chose) Bref, horrible! Restaurant qui beneficie d’une belle vue mais qui ne tient pas les engagements de son emplacement, que ce soit dans le service ou dans la nourriture; c’est incroyablement decevant, le pire restaurant que j’ai fait à Marseille et même en France depuis bien longtemps! Passez votre chemin.

Un vrai grand plaisir d’être dans un vrai restaurant « à l’ancienne », tout d’abord tout repeint de neuf, des serveurs habillés et d’une certaine « noblesse » avec qui vous pouvez échanger, un chariot de dessert comme il était de tradition « avant », desserts faits maison, et au-dessus de tout cela une vraie bonne bouillabaisse. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons sans hésitation. Merci aux cuisines, au service et à la direction.

Cet hôtel affiche sur le site parking hors site ou sur place pour 5,4€. Quand nous nous sommes présentés, on nous a indiqué qu'il n'y avait pas de place, qu'il fallait réserver le parking... C'est marqué nulle part. Notre Mercedes a couché dans la rue où l'hôtel nous a conseillé de nous garer. Au petit matin, calandre arrachée, phares volés, vitre cassé. Marseille et son vivre ensemble ! L'hôtel ne vaut que pour la vue. Pour le reste autant rester au Sofitel vieux port comme nous avions l'habitude. S.A.B.E.N.A.

Magnifique coucher de soleil
Très bon séjour la chambre est spacieuse,la literie confortable.un petit balcon avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et le château d if .le parking malheureusement petit oblige à ce garer dans une petite rue adjacente non payante et peu passante.je dirais que ce qu’il manque à la chambre c est une machine à café.le personnel de l hôtel était charmant

La vue sur la mer est super, malheureusement l'établissement aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement... Par ailleurs, le manque d'entretien des lieux est à déplorer. Dommage pour un hôtel emblématique de Marseille...
