Aucun service de ménage pour réservation de moins de 7 nuit , les serviettes de même , leur réponse nous sommes un Appart hôtels , vous avez seulement changé encore vos conditions , le prix de vos chambres par contre sont bien des prix d’hôtels , un minimum effectué un service de Nettoyage au bout de 3 nuits , un changement de serviette gratuite tout les 2 nuits , pour ma part une honte , aucun partenariat de parking , très dure de stationner , je déconseille vous pouvez trouvée moins chère mieux placée

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare euromed arenc à 15min des terrasses du port et des docks de Marseille.
La chambre est bien insonorisée et bien décorée.

Literie inconfortable : Les matelas ne sont pas confortables, ce qui a nui à la qualité de mon sommeil.
Oreillers de mauvaise qualité : Les oreillers ne sont vraiment pas dignes de ce nom, ils n’offrent aucun soutien.
Cartes d’accès défectueuses : Les cartes magnétiques se déconnectent fréquemment, ce qui complique l’accès à la chambre.
Piscine mal entretenue : L’eau de la piscine n’était pas propre lors de mon passage.
Serviettes payantes : Il est regrettable que les serviettes pour la piscine soient facturées en supplément.

The apartment hotel rooms are clean and comfortable for families. It is a bit far from the station, but there is no major inconvenience in moving around. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly.

We had a good overall experience at this aparthotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and a special mention goes to Tata at the reception, who was particularly welcoming and accommodating.
One downside was the spa area, which was quite crowded during our visit and didn’t offer the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. We were also surprised to learn that we had to take out our own rubbish to bins on the street, which felt a bit unusual for a hotel stay.
Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the great service and cleanliness. Would consider staying again.
