Very very helpful staff members, the service was excellent, cleanliness was 10/10. It was my wife’s birthday and had not been able to arrange anything so requested hotel and they managed to bake a cake within a couple hours and served at midnight. I cannot thank them enough

Our family in Marsala recommended the Best Western Hotel Stella d'Italia to us on our visit. At the last minute, we called and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We were totally surprised how beautiful this hotel is, its marble staircases, beautiful art work & fast elevators. We had the king room. It was a very clean, comfortable, large room with a partial view of the square. The bed & pillows were great! The bathroom is modern and large. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we ever had, they even had fresh cannoli's every morning, fresh hot foods, cold cuts and everything you can imagine. The breakfast room is bright and airy & the staff was very polite. The reception staff was helpful, offering assistances for us around Marsala. The hotel is right next to the square, which made it very quiet, and yet close to all the beauty of the Marsala square; restaurants, shoppes and the most beautiful cathedral. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights, beautiful location in the center, mostly by paying a daily surcharge you can have a private garage right underneath. Beautiful, well-equipped environment, spotlessly clean, as are the spacious soundproofed rooms with everything you need for the bathroom. Breakfast served on the third floor on a covered terrace. What can I say, everything was RIGHT. Very kind and helpful lady. Really nice.
