L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione vicino al centro di Marsala e a pochi passi dal porto. Dall'esterno la struttura e' molto bella ed elegante ma all'interno risulta troppo datata e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione per diventare un vero hotel a 5 stelle. Le camere sono grandi ma gli arredi non sono di un hotel di tale categoria. Buona la colazione, varia ed abbondante. Anche la cena buona, un plauso al risotto con limone e gamberetti, veramente squisito.

La sua posizione è ottima per chi, come noi, voleva andare a Favignana perché è a pochi passi a piedi dal porto. Poco vicino ci sono anche dei ristoranti o catene se si volesse cenare quando si rientra tardi. Il personale di qualsiasi mansione è stato molto accogliente, cordiale ed estremamente educato. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la prenotazione del traghetto e alla reception ci hanno consigliati in 3 persone con estremo interesse e cordialità. Appena siamo Arrivati ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni riguardo gli orari e i luoghi per il ristorante e colazione. Non abbiamo dovuto Fare nessuna domanda. Ci hanno accompagnato in camera e aiutati con le valigie. Il personale delle pulizie anche molto gentile ed accogliente. La piscina curata e pulita. Consiglio questo posto a chi ha bisogno di una vacanza senza stress e delusione. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti.

Albergo cinque stelle provvisto di tutti i comfort, personale molto cordiale ed efficiente, stanze pulitissime e confortevoli, colazione passabile non da albergo cinque stelle... prezzi adattati ad un cinque stelle puro.... posizioni ottima a Marsala di fronte al mare.... unico neo la struttura molto molto vecchia a andrebbe un po' ripresa e adattate alle esigenze dei tempi di oggi... Bellissima la piscina è davvero comoda e grande, e anche il parcheggio fuori è molto comodo.... da ritornarci sicuramente per la comodità che ha l'albergo... non per l'estetica anche se hanno curato e continuano a curare tutti i minimi dettagli ma è rimasto fermo agli anni 80!

Siamo tornati in questa struttura dopo 3 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutti molto gentili e premurosi dai camerieri al manutentore alle receptionist. Il capo ricevimento ci ha anche dato una camera più grande dato che avevamo al seguito un bambino di 9 mesi e un cagnolino senza che glielo avessimo chiesto. Particolare menzione per la colazione. Non solo la parte dolce era molto ricca con tante alternative ma la vera sorpresa è stata la parte salata. Oltre ai classici salumi e formaggi ci sono una serie di torte salate (tra cui anche lo sfincione palermitano) una più buona dell’altra e in più si trova anche un freschissimo salmone affumicato. Che dire…Ci torneremo per la terza volta?? Molto probabile.

Excellent hotel, convenient parking, delicious breakfast, kindness of the staff, everyone very kind. Central location but not too much. Excellent massage to try, not easy in structures where there is no real spa. Perhaps the external common areas need to be improved a little...

It's always a pleasure....I was with a group of 50 people on a mini tour of Western Sicily. It is always a pleasure to return to Mrs. Sandra because the quality/price ratio is unbeatable; beautiful structure, well-kept park/garden, swimming pool, parking, large, clean rooms with all comforts, delicious cuisine with excellent service. Hotel with a slightly decadent charm, but the room was very spacious and breakfast served in a beautiful room. Given the season we did not use the swimming pool and garden. The service is attentive and competent and the location on the Marsala seafront. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable and if I were to end up in these parts again I would certainly choose this hotel.
