Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

The most stunning hotel where you feel you are in Morocco but it's not rammed down your throat! Stayed in Suite 2 which was enormous and had amazing views of the Atlas mountains. The staff were so kind and genuinely friendly especially Oussama who was so very helpful and professional. Highly recommend. The only downside is you have to rob a bank before considering staying there!!

Je suis allé 5 fois au Mandarin et la premiere fois pour mes 60 ans ! j'ai gouté pour la premiere fois au vrai luxe ! Cet établissement est incroyable ! j'ai pris à chaque fois une villa ! = quel choc ! une villa de rêve avec une vrai piscine ! un jaccuzzi et une immense baignoire ! et les détails et la qualité ! tout est exceptionnel ! la vaisselle ! le mobilier ! tous les petits objects = tout est parfait avec une recherche incroyable ! un choc lorsque le personnel ouvre les portes de la villa ! En majordome nous avons eu plusieurs fois Ali = je vous le recommande = il est tres débrouillard ! la salle de muscu est tres sympa ! ils vous prêtent des vélos pour se balader sur le site en résumé = un séjour inoubliable mon préféré et de loin sur marrakech

Mandarin Oriental definitely exceeded our expectations. An amazing, beautiful place that will stay in our memories for a long time. Exceptional service from the very welcome at the hotel, to help and accompanying us to the departure terminal. Exceptional culinary experiences, the food was truly delicious. The villa in which we were accommodated was wonderfully furnished, very comfortable. Everything that happened to us during these days made us remember the trip to Marrakesh very well, and the Mandarin Oriental hotel chain, although it was only our first visit to you, immediately became our favorite hotel brand! We would like to thank the entire hotel team. We would like to give special thanks to the person who helped us with our small child at the airport, organizing the transitions and accompanying us to the gates. We are grateful for this time and with the greatest pleasure we will visit you again in Marrakesh, or another place where your hotels and residences are available.

Incredible experience from start to finish. We booked a Villa with a pool. The room was absolutely amazing, the pool is way more than a plunge pool with separate hottub. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. We had in room dining on our last night and it was out of this world. Our Host Reda was beyond exceptional. It's an experience that will stay with my wife and I forever. Thank you to everyone at hotel for making this stay truly magical. We will return next year for longer.

Unequalled accommodation, caring personnel, terrific spa, hard to imagine how this could be improved. Marrakesh is a great holiday location that has several great hotels that I have visited previously but the Pool Villas in the Mandarin Oriental are unequalled.

Beautiful resort with wonderful and warm service. We will definitely be back. Our butler Samad was spectacular. Everything you could think of he was ahead of. Food was great. Total relaxation as the staff sets everything up for you. We had several excursions booked and they were all great. Highly recommend this resort.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer des séjours magnifiques dans de superbes hôtels, mais le Mandarin Orinetal Marrakech est d‘un niveau supérieur à tout ce que nous avons déjà vu. La villa est d’un luxe et d’un confort incroyable, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin … et même plus. Les autres installations de l’hôtel sont également extraordinaire , le summum du luxe reste néanmoins la qualité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des collaborateurs. Ils sont tous d‘une aimabilité et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. La seule chose qu‘on veut leur dire est MERCI
