Great hotel with a great location in the city, rooms cleaned every day, we stayed B&B and breakfast had a great choice of food on offer, freshly made omelettes to fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cereals tea coffee machines with fresh juices too, reception staff are super friendly and helpful, speak very good English, concierge service is great too, as it’s a city on the up they are building everywhere and unfortunately they start early but it is what it is, there is an outside area with a small pool, didn’t need it as we were out every day, it’s a great little hotel
Response from Property: Hello Mark, Thank you for your kind review. We’re delighted you enjoyed the central location, the variety at breakfast, and the friendliness of our reception and concierge teams. It’s also great to know the daily housekeeping and hotel facilities met your expectations. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great stay! Best regards. BLUESEA Le Printemps

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It no longer looks like the pictures. Check in staff was friendly and helpful taking our bags to our room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we got there, called down for them to bring some. Half hours later they still did not come, so we went down to ask. They don’t have an actual toilet paper roll holder either which I thought was weird. Shower head holder kept falling off the wall and the towels had a bad odour. The room was dark and three of the six light fixtures did not work. Location of the hotel was good, walking distance to restaurants.
Response from Property: Hello PSR100, We deeply regret that your experience at our hotel did not live up to your expectations. We appreciate that you noted the friendliness of the staff at check-in, but we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced in your room. Your comments about the lack of toilet paper, the poor condition of the bathroom facilities, the smell of the towels and the poor lighting are concerning and do not reflect the quality standards we strive to maintain. We will review these issues with our team to ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken. We are glad to hear that the location of the hotel was to your liking, but regret that other aspects of your stay were unsatisfactory. We appreciate you sharing your comments with us, as they help us to identify areas for improvement. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an experience more in line with your expectations. Best regards, BLUESEA Le Printemps

Our receptionist Husna was super helpful in explaining everything to us about local taxis and general information and was very accommodating. The hotel location is great, close to local shops, supermarket and mall with a good few restaurants nearby. The hotel interior is a little outdated and probably needs a little refurb for a 4*. The swimming pool is good, could do with more sun loungers, there are only 8 and I found people hogging them from breakfast all day so we barely got to use them which is annoying. We paid for half board, so breakfast and dinner which was served as buffet (mostly). For breakfast they have continental with eggs and msemmen options. For dinner, drinks are not included (not even water and we were not told this until we sat down for dinner on the first night) and you’re not allowed to bring your own drink either which was really frustrating being pregnant and needing water all the time. The bed in the room needs updating as it’s very old mattress which has lost its shape. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Overall a lovely experience minus a couple small improvements :)
Response from Property: Hello 400hy, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that Husna was very helpful and that you enjoyed the hotel's convenient location. We are sorry for the inconveniences mentioned and any inconvenience these may have caused you. We appreciate your comments about the bed and will take steps to update the mattresses. We are pleased to hear that overall you had a pleasant experience and look forward to welcoming you back for an improved stay. Best regards. BLUESEA Le Printemps

Nice hotel but strongly affected by Ramadan as everything outside closes and the only options their buffet breakfast(ample) and dinner. The pool closes too early lsome said around 5pm/7pm. Our bedroom door locked on one side not the other. Often we were left without toilet roll, gels, soaps etc and had to keep asking. Dinners at 8pm and the poolside bar closed when we were there due to the entire month of Ramadan , this was difficult after a long day and break from breakfast. Drinks were available though. Alot of the poolside menu especially deserts, simple hamburger another night wasn't available. Drinks, there's no option for a glass of wine it's either a full bottle or a pint. There's few other bar options in the area. There's la taverna nearby when it's open it has nice food, back garden and a small nice pizzeria /Italian as you walk there but no alcohols served. The MACMA museum is nearby and ysl gardens, some souvenir shops on the carre eden street etc but otherwise there's not much else to see or do. For Ramadan at least I'd recommend staying nearer the medina or planning daytrips every single day.

Well located hotel (10 min from the train station and 30-35 min from the city center on foot) Good reception, excellent breakfast, quiet. In short, I recommend this hotel. Correct room, bathroom ok, service ok. Good value for money. Quick entry and exit.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Very safe, acceptable cleanliness for the area. Points for improvement, the bar menu has few healthy options, the drinks are not very fresh (I think this is general in the country). The outdoor seating area needed more maintenance. All the points mentioned would not make me change my stay, they are small details. I will return to this hotel, overall it was surprising and I liked it
