This is a beautiful apartment block right on the inlet beach at Maroochydore. The apartments are spacious, although a little dated. There are adequate facilities in the apartment, such as cooking, washing and 2 showers.
The swimming pool was very nice and well maintained.
A great place to base yourself for time on the Sunshine Coast.

We stayed in Apartment 9 and absolutely loved it. The one-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt very welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to Cotton Tree Park, the beach, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. Everything we needed was close by, yet it was still peaceful and relaxing. A perfect spot for a getaway, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Argyle on the Park
The Argyle on the Park was a very comfortable stay, the location is perfect for any event on the Sunshine Coast opposite Des Scanlan Park and I would highly recommend it for couples, singles or families.
We will stay here next visit to the Sunshine Coast !!

It was ok for 2 nights. 3 stars for every thing- clean, washing machine and dryer, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery. Nothing amazing but I was after something cheap close to where we were meeting family and it did just that.
