Well where do I start best hotel I've ever been to in my whole traveling life absolutely amazing from start to end. Room amazing and comfortable . Amazing food we'll my partner is a funny eater there was plenty of choice for her it was fresh it was hot it was delicious. Could I give a shout out to all the restaurant staff especially the jacket potato man and the ice cream man they was brilliant as soon as we walked up to the counter they knew what we had. Now I need to give a massive shout out to sasha spa and wellbeing especially DENIZ and ESRA and EYLEM turkish bath WOW we had massage and hot stone treatment i even had tears in my eyes last day. This hotel is that good we came home and booked again for September 2025 and can't wait. I WOULD TRULY HONESTLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. MARK AND TRACEY SEE YOU SEPTEMBER.

Hotel was very clean and the Hygiene of the Staff was 1st Class, Service from the Staff was also fantastic, Also a excellent review for the kitchen staff because the food was very good too, The Cleaner of our room 309 was absolutely 2nd to none ,Bobby and Diago the entertainment duo were also fantastic, I don't normally get involved with the game playing but they really did make it fun, Out of 55 I would definitely give Bobby and Diago Five T Five 😁

Excellent hotel, extremely clean. Food was good. No issues getting a sun lounger. Entertainment team, Bobby & Diego were the best. They both made our holiday so special & I really hope they are both there next year so I can come back & see them.

Where do I start, For an all-inclusive it's not bad at all the food was good had no issues, the staff were amazing, I wouldn't say the same for the entertainment team Bobby and Diego as well as the evening entertainment needs to be looked at and refeahed, but my thoughts are you dont go on holiday to spend all your time in the hotel, which we didnt. They are on the small side but not an issue we were in 509 top floor right at the back didn't hear any noise and the balcony was good too. The cleaners were one word AMAZING, i wouldn't put this hostel as a 4* it's a very good 3, i would advise that this hotel does have alot of guests that like to party, so sometimes I did feel i was on the old 18-30 holiday, but this sure didn't spoil our time, it's just good to know when booking. I think overall for the price it was a good holiday and easy to just jump on the dolmus for 80 liar into Marmaris

Stayed at this hotel 7-17july great hotel very clean food was good staff lovely rooms were good but no were to put toiletries in bathroom and no drawer space but not a big problem Would definitely recommend great time spent in this hotel

Our second stay at the hotel was fab; welcomed back by Hassan and Mehmet as usual full of laughs and smiles. Always super helpful and friendly! A huge congrats to Mehmet who got upgraded from restaurant Chief to manager! He’s absolutely earned that! Fab rooms, clean and tidy, well organised. Air con great! Big up our housekeeping on floor 4; always an absolute joy! Helped to celebrate my Mrs birthday with balloons and wine and fruit from reception and our lovely towel display! Food & drinks great as always. Was lovely to see same chefs and the same head chef who was always chatting to guests and taking pride in what he does! Our only complaint this year was the entertainment team. Felt like it was always about money and raffles and nagged by the poolside for football cards. Wasn’t alot of entertainment and felt like the boys were hardly ever there. Didn’t have much interaction with the boys but there’s definitely a change in the experience since the previous entertainment team. Just felt like a long day with not much ‘entertainment’ A 5*** experience for us this year was the spa team downstairs: Myself and my Mrs haven’t stopped going on about our deluxe treatment with the hotel spa team; if you guys get the chance to head downstairs speak to Sasha and her team and they’ll make sure your left relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday after your treatments!
