The hotel is old, however the staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect and close to amenities

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms in early April. The temperature at night dropped to 7 degrees. The room is on the fourth floor, the entrance to the room is directly from the street balcony. Instead of an entrance door, there is an ordinary interior door with huge cracks around it. Instead of blankets, there are narrow woven bedspreads. For 4 people, there were only 2 woolen single blankets. When we asked for 2 more blankets, we were told: your room has air conditioners with climate control, why do you need blankets. In one of the bathrooms, the window is closed only by a ventilation grill, there is no glass, just a hole to the street. The cold at night is terrible. We had to cover the window with sofa cushions at night. In another bathroom, the floor in the shower stall was so dirty that it was impossible to use it. There is no soundproofing, loud music can be heard from the street until 12 at night. All the furniture is very old and shabby. The gas stove is in a state of emergency, the washing machine does not spin the laundry. The bed linen is in patches. The towels are washed to a gray color, it is very unpleasant to use them.

It is absolutely unclear where the rating of 8.8 out of 10 on Booking, 9.1 out of 10 on Hotels and 4.4 out of 5 on Google comes from. The staff is very friendly and polite. That's all. There is no cleanliness. The room was "ready" for occupancy: the staff burned a piece of paper to hide the smell of cigarettes (does anyone still use these medieval methods?!), the floor was simply wet for appearance's sake, dust on the shelves and the crown - unwashed waste products from the previous owners in the toilet and sand on the shower floor. But yes, very polite staff! The furniture and plumbing are tired. The bathroom is cramped (the front door does not open all the way - it rests against the toilet) and uncomfortable (you can easily hit your head on the upper vault of the shower stall). The breakfast is basic, you will not go hungry. The air conditioner works, the Wi-Fi is normal.

A hotel that has everything you need. Not far from the embankment and the center. Very friendly staff, trying to make your stay at the hotel comfortable. On the downside. Located on a busy street, noisy at night.
