I was very pleased with the location of the hotel, and its facilities are also excellent. It provides comfortable accommodation without expecting too much. I think things would be a little better if employees just tried to communicate a little more.

We stayed here for 11 days, room was cleaned every day, location is great, pool is perfect, nice drinks and good music around the pool ,staff are very helpful and friendly especially Burak and Emre in pool bar they have made are holiday extra fun highly recommend this hotel.

Gecirdiğim en iyi 5 gün diyebilirim. Otelde kaldıgım süre boyunca o kadar eğlendim ki anlatamam. Otelin yemekleri, personelleri herseyi harikaydı. Yemekler güzeldi. İçecekler için emre ve burağa çok teşekkür ederim. Özellikle lucas ve zack’e bütün etkinlikler için teşekkür ederim.

Loved this hotel!!! Yeah the food is a bit on the naff side but the staff are amazing all so friendly and joke around with you, really made friends with everyone. Room was clean and had 2 balconies! Everything worked. Was such a laugh and also so relaxing Thankyou!!!

Having a turkey bath was a great experience and the staff looked after you every well all visits should go and have one at the begonville hotel. Would 100% recommend. I would say it is defo worth the money. Great great personn JJ who make sure you get that experience 😀👍

Wouldn’t recommend at all. There is no lift. The floors are dirty . House keeping is almost non existent. The food is revolting and very limited variety of food. Fridge doesn’t work. Safe had no batteries in it. There is ONE iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which there is a 1 euro charge per use. Hair dryer only works for a minute or two before it needs 10min to cool down and work again. The all inclusive is not all inclusive as you only get certain basic drinks included and this finishes at 11pm. We went as a couple on our honey moon and had to sleep on two single beds pushed together. I would definitely recommend spending a little more and staying somewhere better . Also asked for an actual quilt and not a sheet and was told they don’t have quilts. Doors in communal area had no door handles they were wedged closed with a door stop. The wind blew hard and the doors flew open and nearly koD an OAP. I am not one to complain but this place was diabolical. The price completely reflects the experience.
