My toilet smell was very bad. Like sewage smell. Then I wanted to show my wife my room but wasn’t allowed even tho I said you can come with me. Also breakfast can be better

Hotel is labelled as a family friendly hotel but they were not family friendly at all. Arrived early hours in the morning and they were aware we had a baby who needed a cot , the cot was not in the room when we arrived so we went to reception to be told they ‘forgot’ to put one in the room and we’d have to wait until tomorrow meaning she had to sleep with us for the night which was dangerous. The next day we then had to go and ask again if we could have one put in the room which they finally did. They also provided no kettle meaning I could only make my baby’s bottles when the restaurant hours were open. Luckily she is not a baby who wakes in the night but if she was then there would have been no way of feeding her which is ridiculous. Everything we required also seemed like too much hassle from the staff , non of them were friendly or approachable , there was no entertainment on a night either because again it was probably too much hassle for them. Far from family friendly. We only ate breakfast there but the quality of breakfast was awful and there was very little option. The hotel did looked beautiful and modern and was kept clean but the service was definitely not 4 star standard.

Siamo arrivati al hotel nella notte quando abbiamo avuto un shock, la nostra camera non era in hotel ma fuori attraversando la strada in un altro palazzo, non siamo stati contenti per niente, noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone però asciugamani, cuscini erano per 3 , alla 1 di notte sono andata a chiedere . Ho chiesto di cambiare la camera il signore che era al ricevimento(mi sembrava che non ci voleva in hotel)mi ha detto che non sono camere disponibile però che nel appartamento che abbiamo c'è la cucina. Abbiamo parlato con Marina del ricevimento( turno di mattina) e lei molto gentile e sempre disponibile ci ha fatto cambio di camera dentro del hotel Il cibo non era fantastico, però era abbastanza buono, tutti giorni la mattina uova, formaggi, cocomero, melone, cereali più fuori alla piastra qualcosa con le uova e anche frittelle. Pranzo sempre zuppa ( buonissima ogni giorno differente), riso, contorni , frutta, dolci, era ok. Il personale del ristorante tutti i ragazzi e le ragazze incluso il chef molto gentili, sorridenti e molto attenti. La signora che ci ha fatto un bel massaggio per me è la mia figlia una persona meravigliosa e molto gentile. Posso dire che abbiamo passato abbastanza bene, apparte il primo giorno. Che non mi ha piaciuto per niente era la cena quando se doveva fare la fila per prendere le patatine, kebab o quello che era fuori al barbecue.

As soon as got to my room at the Palmea hotel marmaris it wasnt the room we paid for it had no air con next day went for food flys all over it food wasnt cooked then the bar staff was threatening young girls for s.e.x getting them drunk I caught it all on videos maggots in the cutlery tray staff rude bar man racist towards me threatend my wife who was in remission the list goes on but its not for english and its not safe so I exsposed them.but there all in it together.all-inclusive holliday but food was that bad I payed over 1k on food my boy and misses was scared for there life we had our holliday made bad it was dangerous if anyone would like to see the pics I have feel free to ask i have lots of pics and five days for our shower to be fixed my partner fell in the bathroom because the water was going everywhere pluss they have no fly catchers people dipping fimgers in cakes this is only a little bit theres no entertainment for children

Staying at Palmea Hotel was an incredible experience! The staff were always kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were modern and very clean, and the pool area was just amazing for relaxing under the sun. The food was fresh and tasty every day, and there was always something new to try. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the place to be. I will definitely return on my next trip to Marmaris!

We had a good experience here. It’s nothing fancy but considering what we paid, I’d say you get what you pay for. Semi-decent view from the balcony, clean room. Good food, quite simplistic, but again, you’re getting what you pay for. 5-10 min walk from the beach and like a 2 min walk from all the shops. Only thing I’d say is the tour operator was quite annoying. I’m not sure if that was part of the hotel or because we booked through ‘on the beach’ but they delivered an envelope to our room the day we got there that demanded we went for a meeting with them at 9 in the morning the next day. They will sit you down for about half an hour trying to get you to book trips/excursions with them.

Очень редко пишу отзывы, но тут прям задело!!! Отдыхаю сейчас в этом отеле. Очень средний отель, убираются в номерах плохо, за 5 дней ни разу не помыли пол, не сменили полотенца, обратилась на ресепшен, сказали что завтра все поменяют, в результате-ноль. Администрация! Алло!? Люди деньги платят за сервис, а не за то чтобы вас уговорить сделать свою работу! Мыть раковину, пол и душевую кабину - это вообще персонал не знает что такое, честно говоря много где уже была, но с таким халатным отношением сталкиваюсь впервые. Гель для душа не добавляют, я не взяла в этот раз т.к. багаж всего 10 кг, много чего по мелочи брать не стала, ну вот пришлось покупать Учитывая то что я не особо привередлива, но это уж слишком! По еде: голодными не останетесь конечно, но ассортимент скудноват, я без мяса прожить смогу поэтому мне по фиг, но мужчинам мясоедам я думаю будет грустно 😞 Еда часто попадает с кислицой, даже кукурузу умудрились проквасить, ну чувствуется же запах, зачем такое ставить , люди же не свиньи, отдыхающих очень много, часто бывают очереди на обед и ужин, да и на завтрак когда пекут панкейки. Пляжа своего у отеля нет, приходится искать, есть бесплатные, но менее комфортные, все что комфортнее, то либо определенная стоимость, либо за напиток, но почему то мне прям мало таких попадается. Я езжу в Ичмелер, там пляжи гораздо лучше и чище и красивее. Пляж QUEEN Beach очень классный, за напиток от 160 лир, можно провести весь день на пляже, ребята бегают стараются создать комфорт, везде чисто. Ну вот как то так, сам Мармарис обожаю, природа невероятная, очень уютный курортный городок и очень красивый. В Мармарис поеду еще, с удовольствием! но в подобный отель конечно нет! Стараюсь больше гулять, наслаждаться красотами, в отеле только сплю и питаюсь, это немного огорчает (

Breakfast was Ok but same thing Ok for bed and Breakfast every day. Basic room. 2 pools 10 minute walk to Beach .5 min walk to shops
