My toilet smell was very bad. Like sewage smell. Then I wanted to show my wife my room but wasn’t allowed even tho I said you can come with me. Also breakfast can be better

Personel bize göre muhteşemdi. Yorumlarda yemekler iyi değil filan diye yazılmış fakat bize göre çeşit çeşit yemekler, açık büfe olması harikaydı. Temizlik ise ***et başarılı. Memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Palmea Hotel Ailesi........

I feel a bit sorry for this hotel because it really has potential but could use some serious TLC. The staff were charming and buzzing around like they were in a race—except for the boss lady, who looked like she’d just lost a game of Monopoly. Pros: I loved that the hotel gives back to the local community. I'd much rather support locals than a faceless corporate giant. Cons: Now, let’s talk about the need for a makeover. Our room didn’t just feel unclean; it felt like there was a crime scene, there was a massive red stain on the curtain—seriously, how hard is it to replace those? The bedsheets looked freshly laundered but still had stains that could tell their own horror stories. And the bed bases? I didn’t want to look too closely at the mattress; I half expected to find an archaeological dig underneath. The TVs were so non-smart, I wondered if they were still running on dial-up. The bathroom door had a brown stain that I’m pretty sure wasn’t in the original design, and the taps had turned a lovely shade of “who knows what.” The bin looked like it had survived a tornado. While the budget prices might attract a rowdy crowd, I encountered quite a few loud Brits who seemed to think they were at a pub rather than a hotel. But I did enjoy the location—though I suspect our room was in the staff quarters. Those chairs in the reception? Someone get a carpet cleaner in there quick First impressions matter! I’m far from posh. But, I’m too good for that hotel. Never again.

Avoid this hotel! Absolutely disgusting hotel. I woke up after my first night to bed bugs crawling on my bed and pillow. The bathrooms smelled damp. Rooms not cleaned at all unless asked and even then, they're not done properly. Food disgusting.

Absolutely appalling. Food was dreadful, room was unclean ,peeling paintwork, foot marks on the bedroom walls .had to demand towel change on 3rd day .room was never cleans on our 7 day stay .would not go , wild boars roaming around the area at sunset .

Appalling disgusting food, poor housekeeping, dirty walls with foot marks etc, peeling paint work. Couldn’t eat the disgusting food so ending up eating at local restaurants everyday even though we were all inclusive. Avoid this place at all cost.

Not sure where to start. Have never left a review before but I felt I have to with this hell hole. Arrived early hours in the morning and was made to wait until 11am for our room Evan tho we had booked in from the day before but was late due to flight delay. Second day we had clothing and money went missing from our room and was told if we contact the police or tell other guest we were not welcome there as they was certain no one had been in our room Evan tho the towels were changed. After accusing them our room was never cleaned again. Food is ok for what we paid Evan tho it was the same everyday but was far from clean. Witnessed a lady being sick and they just hosed into the swimming pool thinking we wasn’t watching. All the men harass women and physically touching woman that didn’t want to be touched. This is honestly the worst place I have ever started. They try and persuade you to book excursions through them and they more than double the price and the biggest thing I found so bad was the way they treat animals. Have witnessed them throwing a cat over the fence and have signs saying don’t feed cats Evan tho there starving. All staff are rude and they honestly wouldn’t go back if I was paid to do so. Did love turkey until this trip. This hotel is cheap for a reason. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting hotel room filthy stains all on floor .. shower filthy tap hanging off the sink food is awful uncooked chicken blood oozing out … hotel room was cleaned once in the week we were there when we asked ….my fellow got so ill off the food the first day upset stomach and sick we ate out all week ..tables not wiped and cleaned food all uncovered flies on it plse avoid at all cost it will completely spoil your holiday it was sold to us my delta holidays as a four star hotel it isn’t even a one star hotel avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Отыхали с дочерью в отеле в августе 2024. Отель простой, но чистый, в номере холодильник,телевизор,фен,кондиционер,т.е. все самое необходимое есть.Полотенца меняли каждый день,уборка по просьбе.Персонал очень дружелюбный,с любыми вопросами можео было обратиться.Огромное спасибо работникам ресепшена, а так же Семилю,Сельчуку за оказанное внимание и помощь.Отдельное спасибо работникам кухни,еда в Турции необычная,но очень разнообразная,вкусная, всегда все свежее,довольно большой выбор блюд,всего хватало.Понравились супчики-пюре,что порадовало,так это что в течении 10 дней отдыха,практически ни разу не повторялись.Большой выбор всяких вкусностей,напитки ,фрукты,кофе,чай в неограниченном количестве.Два бассейна,море в шаговой доступности,недалеко до центра,рядом есть магазины.Улетали ночью,нам без проблем продлили бронь номера до вечера.В Мармарис ехали за впечатлениями,мы их получили,даже больше ожидаемого.Обязательно вернемся еще,страна впечатлила,а море вне всяких похвал.Ждем в гости в Беларусь.Ольга и Наталья.
