It is our second times on the hotel.really we like this hotel because a foods are fantastic and they have good show every night.i want to say thank you for all animation team.they are very helpfull and smiling.next time we will come again this hotel

Firstly, remember this is Turkey not Europe or the western world with standards, rules and regulations for the interest of the people. I stayed at this hotel in the summer and was appalled at how their rating of a 5* hotel differed to a real 5* hotel we are used to. The room was old fashioned, dated, dirt under the bed, stained tiles in the bathroom, dirty bed throw on the bed. They would never replace towels unless you screamed for them at reception even then they would forget at times. Staff were unfriendly but the management was by far worse. No greeting guests or smiling, almost like they believed to be the prime minister or something. A very backward third world attitude. For food, be prepared to queue outside like sheep until they let you in. The food itself is mostly frozen and of a low quality. This is everything you would notice if you are used to true 5* standards otherwise some of these issues may not bother you. All in all I would never recommend this hotel and also heard of missing personal items from guests rooms so beware. Ps. Do not buy anything from the hotel. Go to the high street.

Go elsewhere. What a let down. 30 minutes after checking in our kids room was full of cigarette smoke/smell. In fact other rooms too despite asking for non-smoking rooms. The kids moved rooms, fortunately the staff were receptive to this request. The hotel is dated...1980's and elegant it was not. To cap it off, were were scammed with a massively expensive laundry bill. 1 bag of laundry...80 Euros!! Many things not right with this place but the staff at breakfast were well trained and receptive.

Great experience. My stay at The Elegance Hotel in Marmaris was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made my experience truly memorable. The hotel's location right on the seafront was breath taking, and the jetty with its comfortable loungers and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation. I especially appreciated the option for a late checkout, which allowed me to make the most of my time there. Originally planning to stay for just one week, I was so happy with the hotel that I extended my stay to two weeks. The food served was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. In terms of suggestions for improvement, given the hotel's five-star rating, I believe linen tablecloths and napkins would add an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it appeared a bit worn and could benefit from some updates. On the topic of sustainability, I urge the hotel to consider replacing the 33 cl bottled water with water fountains. The excessive use of plastic bottles is concerning from an environmental standpoint and takes from the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel. Overall, my experience at The Elegance Hotel was exceptional, and I would gladly return in the future. Kudos to the entire team for their efforts in creating such a wonderful environment for guests.

My husband & I have just returned from here & it is a lovely clean hotel. Some of the room furnishings could do with updating but apart from that it was fab value for the money. The food was plentiful with lots of choice & fresh. Weather was beautiful every day. 28-30 degrees. Pool areas were kept immaculate with staff picking up cups & plates left by people around the pool a few times a day. The pontoon on the beach was the best experience with steps to the sea & really comfy sun beds. This area was kept spotless. Good evening entertainment as well. The young lady operating the bar area at the Silence pool (pool to the back & quieter) was quite rude & unhelpful. She clearly did not want to be there & all our party noticed this which was not very pleasant. My husband left his phone in the Taxi taking us to Dalaman airport on our return, so I phoned the hotel on the 10th October to ask if the gentleman on reception could call them. He said he would & he would call me back but he never did. We then phoned the emergency transfer number & they immediately got hold of the taxi driver & he kindly returned it to us at the airport. I expected better service from the hotel as we were waiting to check in at the airport & our phone signal was poor. Apart from these points it was a fab holiday.
