Location is good. Hotel cleanliness is mediocre. It was the hotel we chose for accommodation purposes only. All inclusive but the food is very bad. It is very difficult to find a spotless plate as the plates are dirty, they are only wiped and put back before they are washed. Do you think the one who misses his room at night and forces your door to call for peace in the corridors? If you have a certain quality perception standard, it is a hotel that will not be preferred even for accommodation purposes.

On arrival to the hotel on the above date, we had requested a ground floor room, however we were put on the 3rd floor, 1 of the party had COPD, we asked to be moved and we were moved from 309, 303, same floor same corridor. Went down to the restaurant the next morning for breakfast, the choice was very minimal for an all inclusive ( choice of approx. 4 items), this continued throughout the day, for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive bar, which stating in the booking included cocktails, however no cocktails available, only drinks that was available was local branded vodka, and gin, and Tuborg lager. We did complain to the bar staff, who stated to us sorry this is all we have. Throughout our weeks stay, it became apparent that lots of people/families were leaving the hotel, and been located elsewhere, due to the poor standards throughout. We attended the reception desk, however very little English spoken which was difficult when trying to explain our concerns. Having paid for All inclusive for x 1 week, we found ourselves eating and drinking out every night, which is not what you expect having paid for all inclusive. This hotel should not be advertised as an all inclusive, due to the poor standards. Pool closed at 6pm, room basic however clean and tidy. Will not be returning!!!!

Given a double bed to share with one other friend refused to have single beds; skirting, light, marble stone. All in a terrible condition live wires hanging out skirting pulls away from wall marble stone pulls away from floor and refused us pillows and blankets. Was there 7 nights had to use airplane neck pillow and share a blanket.. refused us of any help.. I also got very ill from the food or ice in the hotel DONT GO pictures not been updated for years.

Arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and felt my heart sink. The metal railing leading up to reception was really wobbly, and the slope really steep. Quite tricky with a suitcase and bag etc. Entered into a dark reception to be greeted by a man who looked as if he had just woken up, but he seemed friendly enough. He then gave me my room key and ‘welcome’ pack from on the beach. He tried to sell me a safe for the week, I declined, then told me it was £25 to have wifi in the rooms, as only the bar and reception had wifi. I paid this and entered a tiny but really smooth lift. At my floor, the hallway was stifling but it was really hot in Turkey that week. I entered my room and the bathroom was ok, there was a mini fridge and tiny tv. It was all very dated, but it was ok. Crashed out after a long travel looking forward to breakfast. Woke up and showered, went outside of the room and the hallway was roasting. Took the left down and had to go to reception as I had no idea where to go. The breakfast was not great. There were boiled eggs, chips with chilli coating, beans, cereal and that was about it. There was also juice on tap from a machine. I couldnt find any butter, so asked the waiter and he came out with two little tubs which were pure liquid. During breakfast, I was greeted by a salesman who gave me a brochure selling excursions, I told him I would think about it. I had my meeting and bought four excursions which seemed to be at a decent price. I thought that dinner would be better, but sadly I was wrong. There are literally three small counters one with four trays, one with salad and a few odd bits on the other. I ended up with two chicken legs and a potato. At this point I decided to eat out. I tried another breakfast just to see if it was any better, it wasn’t. Then mr salesman asked if I wanted any excursions, I was polite and told him I had booked four, and his demeanour changed. He said he was selling the same trips and questioned how much I paid, then proceeded to tell me the prices. I said it was only money to which he got even more annoyed and told another worked that people were stupid wasting money. I then went to the bar to ask what drinks were available to be told, lager, gin, vodka or raki. He asked what I like to drink and didnt seem too happy when I replied cocktails. I tried a Tuborg lager which was okay to be fair, but too strong for me. I didnt eat at the hotel again, and I would suggest not using the all inclusive. Its better value buying from the local supermarket or eating out. Plus points, the room was clean, the aircon was good, and the young staff tried hard with what looked like a limited budget. By the end of the week, I came to have a little soft spot for the hotel and I had some amazing days out, meeting some lovely people too. The negatives were that the place badly needs a revamp, having to pay extra, wifi charges, the angry salesman, poor choices of food and drinks and the heat

Hotel had no life guard on duty, the shower door smashed on me when I was in the shower, the staff didn’t care and didn’t get an apology. The staff didn’t speak English. The food was horrible, the balcony door lock/handle kept falling off. False advertisement about the room, false advertisement about the hotel, didn’t look anything like the pictures they have put on the website, the drinks at the bar was shocking. Don’t recommend and definitely won’t be back.

This could have been an average review but due to the management its going to be straight to the point and 100% truthful.... Arrived in the middle of the night and guy on reception nice enough who showed us to our family room (309) it was very late so and they had put the air con on for us arriving (nice little touch or so i thought) next morning woke up and my 2 daughters in the bedroom had hardly slept as the air con did not work in there at all and was blowing out warm air. the room was pleasant enough although basic but the shower door di not close. but i though hey its a budget hotel so as long as the air con is fixed we will be quiet happy. I went to reception and was assure technical team would be out that day to fix air con or we could move rooms later that day. Breakfast was stone cold but it was 9.45am and i asked for more scrambled eggs and got looked at like i had two heads. During breakfast we were interrupted by a guy trying to sell excursions, very rude when we are eating, he then proceeded to bad mouth a friend i have known for 5 years as i said i had already booked them with him. Lunch was lovely, we heard lots of complaints about the food but we have always loved traditional food so very happy with the selection at lunch and dinner. there are no snacks, ice-creams etc but again we did not mind but if you have young children you should bare this in mind. All inclusive drinks is a bit of a joke as they had gin, vodka and tuborg beer. all mixers are bottled but again this did not bother us at all. on returning to our room that night the air co had not been sorted and i had to go back to reception and was told they could not fix it but part coming tomorrow. i said that is not acceptable but got a shrug of the shoulders. So my daughters and i had another terrible nights sleep. the next day still not fixed and the man at reception got very loud and verbal with me to the point another man had to step in. i said i wanted a different room to be told hotel full. So three nights no air con. The next morning i was offered standard double room with a camp bed on the floor, for 2 adults and a 15 year old this was not acceptable. So after a while i was offered room 106. smaller but bedroom air con working so we had to move all our stuff with the help of a young man who was so lovely (sorry i don't know your name). This room was in bad shape, light fitting hanging off the ceiling, black marks on walls, the wood peeling away from the dressing table, generally very run down. But we needed air con over that as it was 31 degrees at night. as the holiday went on the food became more basic and tasteless (more brits arrived) and you couldn't get a bed unless you got up early as some selfish people would reserve them and go out for the day, regardless of this there is not enough for the capacity of the hotel. final straw was 2 days before we were due to check out i was asked to attend reception, i was presented with a bag of 5 unwashed towels being

This hotel was in a good location and the hotel was quiet and relaxing during the day. Upon initial arrival we were taken to our room and the balcony was extremely small with the worst view imaginable and no sunlight. We didn't unpack our cases and were asked to return in morning to facilitate a room swap. This was granted and we thereafter had a pool view room. The room was basic - quite bad mould on the wall and our toilet roll was constantly soaking due to the water dripping down from above (we removed from holder). We had all inclusive package and spent over £1000 eating out as the food was not good with limited choice. Once we ate in and it was edible. I didn't have my children with me, however there would be nothing at this hotel to entertain them or feed them. The hotel had zero entertainment day or night. Local beer and soft drinks were fine. On the last night of our stay a large amount of staff engaged in fighting one another (this included very violent acts with weapons (glass and knives). This resulted in two ambulances and police attending at the hotel. One staff member apologised. The main bar attendant (potential supervisor) constantly had eyes on my partner and was more than what you would expect in terms of his behaviour towards her. One other member of staff took the huff because my partner refused to provide her Instagram to him. Positives There is not many; the weather was good, the excursions were great and very reasonable (Martin was more than accommodating) and we had a hoot with the people we met. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
