Honestly couldn’t have asked to stay in a better place all the workers are fantastic and took great consideration of me and my partner as it was are first holiday alone together , they provided some brilliant service for us when it came to booking trips and excursions. The food and drink at this hotel was also very nice and you definitely get more than what you are paying for!! Would highly recommend it to anyone as it is also very close to everything including the beaches (less than 10 minutes to walk). Will definitely book again !

Just had 11 amazing night's here had the best holiday with my daughter Oscar and all the staff where brilliant can't wait to come back place is spotless brilliant wee apartments don't let bad reviews put u off great location food is amazing didn't want to leave 😀

Staff were very rude. Cleaner had taken cash out of my draw and claimed she thought it was a tip. I had three bottles of perfume go missing and weren’t only ones in resort unhappy. Local residents say unless you buy extras like aircon this is how they treat you.

This may not be the best looking hotel in the area but when I say the staff are amazing!!!!!! This is a family run hotel and all the staff are super friendly and will get you anything you need. Even if they don't have it in, they will find a way to get it for you. Staff are so attentive to your needs, they remember your name and always greet you with a smile. They basically treat you like a part of the family. This has made our whole trip so amazing and memorable. We will definitely be back.

There were 5 male staff and 1 woman cleaner, All but one of the males are rude and try to intimidate you into buying from them and ordering through them, when you don't its attitude and they don't want to do what you ask of them, i.e i ordered chips for the kids they said they had none, less than a hour later a woman ordered and received her chips. They tried to overcharge me and charge me for things I never had but I was vigilant so they never got to. The loud noise and music from the barstaff at 1am made the kids quite scared the first two nights. On arrival to kaans we were all excited to be on holiday, we ordered a meal from the bar area, I was charged £24 for a pizza and chips and egg and chips, the end was raw and the bread soaked in butter or oil. The pizza was nice, As I entered the room I thought quite basic but I could make it work for me and my three children, The hotel had 2 single beds in room and two sofa beds in another room, both beds were flat and misshaped. In the morning I ordered a coffee from the bar area but it was quite cold on when I got it, so I ordered another and it was of the same standard. The cleaner came everyday and due to there been no do not disturb signs available she just knocked at her convenience not ours. She was a nice lady but I was not happy with the standard of cleaning, she's not changed just dusted out and replaced, blood on pillow so you know it hasn't been washed. I used the laundry service once, it cost £20 they said due to the amount of clothes I had, but I was fine with that as it was alot of clothes we had gone through as a family of 4. Clothes came back, cleaned but felt different. The spa and relaxation service is none existence, nothing for the children either, luckily I booked excursions to fill the kiddies time. Good location but that's about it.

the staff at this place are awfully rude and agressive! i’m happy with any hotel, cheap and basic and i have visited this hotel before and my first stay wasn’t too bad, however this stay was awful! there were rats running around the pool/bar area and even jumping and running on tables!!! me and my daughter are covered in rashes and our skin is burning from being in the pool and i understood why when a cat peed in my shoe and one of the staff cleaned my shoe in the pool!! really unsanitary. the waiters and staff are sleezy! will beg for anything from anyone even to the extent of knocking on my door at 1am. where i was staying with my daughter!! i chose a self catering hotel so i can have more opportunity to eat and go out yet they always complain about us not eating every meal there, however on the occasions that i did eat in the hotel, on my last night i had 4 members of staff shouting at me over my table and accusing me of not paying my bill (which i had), my transfer was outside and they would not let me leave i felt harassed and bullied by these men and it was disgusting! i had to pay for the bill twice to be allowed to leave. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone my experience was awful and the staff are horrible!
