Maris Beach Hotel

We stayed here in July 2025 and had such a lovely experience. For the price of this hotel it is truly worth it. We had a side room with 2 twin beds, however we still had a beautiful view of the sea. I stayed here with my partner so we pushed the beds together, and the maids noticed and gave us a double mattress cover after the first night to keep the beds together, which was a very nice touch. The food in the restaurant was decent and had a variety of different foods, the breakfast included however was limited, however we managed to get something everyday so can’t complain too much about that. When we arrived we where sceptical because the hotel was boiling, we arrived at 11pm and they don’t seem to keep the lobby aircon on at night, however when we got up to the room it was much cooler. Hotel staff were friendly, and happy to help when we needed it. The pool was small, but that wasn’t an issue, as the sunbeds rarely seems to be reserved. Also with the sea right at the doorstep with food and drink services available from your sun lounger, no faults there. In terms of the sunbeds on the beach, they also where not often reserved which was great, because we have been to some places where they are reserved from early hours of the morning. We managed to get a front row sun lounger nearly every day, when when we didn’t get to the beach until the afternoon. The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach from bars and restaurants , marmaris only a 30 min walk away or a 10 min bus away, and icmeler only an hour walk away or a 20 min bus away. Check out time is 12 pm, and despite having to wait a few hours before we got picked up, it didn’t seem like a long wait, as we still got to use all the amenities and felt confident leaving our bags with the lovely reception team. Aircon and safe did cost extra upon arrival, but with aircon being only £25 for the week and the safe a little bit less, it didn’t feel unreasonable. For the price which we paid for this hotel, it was perfect, would recommend a stay here, especially as a low cost holiday.

What a wonderful 2 weeks stay! Restaurant staff brilliant, food so yummy. We stayed overlooking the beach which had the most amazing view. I had stayed at Maris Beach every year until Covid.

Very clean modern hotel, all Staff are polite friendly and helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast June 10th 2025 for 2 weeks in room 101 situated on the first floor right of the stairs with land view balcony, which wasn’t much of an issue as we were out all day everyday. The mini pancakes and mini croissants with chocolate spread were delightful and fresh fruit every morning, along with a selection of cold meats, eggs, sausages, toast etc. with tea coffee and juice dispenser supplied to. I will say if your a light sleeper like myself get some earplugs if you stay in this room as you can hear people coming up the stairs all hours of the night and loud bangs and Doors shutting etc. Air con is extra at 200tl a day so £56 for 2weeks. Literally a step away from the beach and well stocked with sunbeds and beach shower. local shop around the corner by elegance hotel for water etc (this is also where your dropped off from and picked up from for transfers and excursions) The pool is small, private and shaded until the afternoon but we found this perfect for mornings on the beach and afternoons in the quiet pool and sunbathe on the top sun terrace area. we were fortunate to only have a few people around the pool and some days would have the whole pool area to ourselves. The restaurant staff/beach staff are amazing and work hard all hours of the day to ensure all your wants and needs are met. the food was delicious as well as the Caramel frostys £4 (frappes) which I may have had one to many most days lol. The menu offers a well selected menu such as pizzas, pastas, noodle dishes steak dishes etc the prices are as expected now as everything has gone up in price in restaurants on the ***** but have to admit was rather shocked at some of the things priced around marmaris and will definitely say, beware of the overpriced bowl of chips as a lot of places are charging £5 for a standard bowl now. Overall this hotel was beautiful, clean and a lovely vibe would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week. We have visited Marmaris on many occasions so we knew of the hotel. Chose this hotel for its location as well had people with us staying near by. I emailed ahead to ask for a good room explaining why and the occasion etc. The hotel was well kept and service whilst there was really good and helpful. The room was small with a partial seaview which was disappointing but still nice and clean. Towels changed everyday and room well kept by the cleaners. No bed art, no fancy touches regarding wedding anniversary. Not that it bothered us just mentioned this in case you expect to book and have a special time on your special day. The restaurant was lovely when we ate there and the staff were polite and helpful. We had no issues with paying bills and no hidden or unexpected payments. The pool area is private, not great but not rubbish either. The biggest downfall for us was the lack of showering and changing facilities for people with later flights. Late check out is available until 4pm at around 10 GBP per hour. The only available shower is a cold pool shower and the only changing facility available after late check out is the toilets in the lobby. Our pick up was at 9pm so the lack of a nice comfortable shower and changing was a miss. Not a very welcoming place once you've checked out. Location great, people great, hotel not bad, facilities average.
